Liqueur "Aperol" is known in Italy as a citrus aperitif and quite often competes with another popular low-alcohol drink - "Limoncello". About two dozen cocktails have been created on the basis of Aperol, from the tart and strong Aperol on the Rocks to the gentle Sour. However, the most popular cocktail based on Italian liqueur is the Spritz, which appeared in the 20th century in the province of Veneto. To prepare such a drink, you will need: 100 milliliters of liquor, 150 ml of dry sparkling wine, 50 ml of soda, preferably with citrus flavor, an orange slice and ice. A more gentle version

The difference between this method and the first one in using the “patent still” apparatus is, in a way, a moonshine still, thanks to which the infused components are distilled, resulting in a concentrated mixture. Sugar and water are added to it to reduce the strength. Sometimes, after distillation, liqueurs are also aged for a certain time.
