  1. Leave the peanuts for five minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

  9. Beat 2 egg whites with a mixer, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Without stopping the process, add the uncooled syrup. Continue the process until very dense.
  10. Set the mixer to the minimum setting, add peanut butter and peanuts. The nougat is ready!
  11. Put the milk filling on the baking paper, cover with another sheet on top, roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick. Remove the paper.
  12. Put the nougat filling on the layer, smooth and leave for 2 days. Then send to the freezer for 20 minutes.
  13. Take out, cut into pieces about 2 * 8 cm.
  14. Place 300 g of chocolate in a bowl in a water bath. Melt it, heat to 40-45 degrees.
  15. Remove chocolate, stir, add 150 g of chocolate bar. Stir until it melts. Once the melting process is over, remove the whole pieces.
  16. Put again in a water bath, stir, heat up to 32 degrees. If the chocolate has warmed up more, tempering must be started again.
