Ingredients required:

  • cottage cheese - one pack,
  • chicken egg - one (preferably small),
  • wheat flour - 2-3 tablespoons,
  • sugar - a tablespoon
  • salt, vanillin - pinch at a time.

Cooking process:

  1. Put water to boil.
  2. Mash the cottage cheese.
  3. Add egg and sugar, vanillin and salt to it, mash.
  4. Add flour, stirring, in small portions until the dough is thick enough to roll into sausages.
  5. Roll the sausages about two centimeters in diameter, cut each into pieces.
  6. Place the slices in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes after they float.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with sour cream or butter.

Cooking this dish will take about 20 minutes, and almost everyone likes the taste of lazy dumplings.   • chicken egg - two,
  • sugar - two tablespoons
  • flour - a glass
  • salt - a pinch
  • soda - half a teaspoon,
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - how much will go away.

Cooking process:

  1. Mash cottage cheese, eggs and sugar together.
  2. Add flour and knead the dough, do not forget to add salt and baking powder (soda) to it.
  3. Roll into small balls and deep-fry.

It is best to serve the koloboks sprinkled with icing sugar. Children will be delighted with such a dessert. Cooking does not take too long: if you act quickly, you can do it in half an hour.

Classic cheesecakes (as in the dining room)

Ingredients required:

  • cottage cheese - half a kilo,
  • chicken egg - one,
  • flour - a glass
  • sugar - two tablespoons
  • margarine for frying - how much will go away (can be replaced with vegetable oil).

Cooking process:

  1. Knead the dough from the ingredients, but take only half of the flour (the rest is needed for deboning).
  2. Roll a sausage from the dough, cut, roll in flour, fry on both sides, fold on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at medium temperature for another five minutes.
  3. Serve with sour cream.
