I want to tell you a secret. I have a very ambitious dream. Rather, there are several of them, but this one is the most ambitious. By the age of 35, I want to open my own restaurant. And every self-respecting restaurateur can cook at home only on Sundays. So, today we have breakfast on the menu.
Yes, on Sundays we get up late and only now we will have breakfast.

During my time at culinary school, I re-cooked a lot of dishes. Omelettes alone - about a dozen. And she singled out their varieties for herself. There are adult omelets - according to Zimin, with vodka. There are traditional ones from my grandmother. There are biscuits from Julia Vysotskaya. Today we are preparing a children's omelet with sour cream and bacon.


We need about 300 g of bacon. Chopped into strips, it will happily make up the omelet's greasy base and allow us not to add any other oil.
