Step 8. Glaze: gradually add milk to the powdered sugar, stir and heat slowly.

Step 9. When the glaze is ready, dip the donuts in it. And leave to harden.

Step 4. Remove the castagnole from the oil, place it on a dish covered with a napkin, and wait for it to absorb the fat. Then you can transfer the donuts to another dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

1 cup flour
