  2. Prepare the dough. Mix sour cream (kefir, fermented baked milk...) with eggs in a saucepan or deep bowl. Extinguish the soda in a cup.
  3. Add salt, sugar and slaked soda. Mix well. Gradually add sifted flour and stir with a fork. The dough will stick to it a little.
  4. Mix with a fork, adding flour little by little until the dough, while remaining soft, stops sticking to the fork.
  5. Carefully place the dough onto the heap of flour on the table.

Here I want the base of the pie to be soft after baking, to be crunchy only at the edges and to have a rich, creamy taste. That is why you should absolutely never use margarine here; cook only with butter, good butter.
  5. Place the butter in a bowl, add flour, sugar and salt. Mash the butter with a fork or your fingers, mixing it into the flour until coarse crumbs form.
  6. Add 3 tbsp. l. cold water and stirring quickly, knead the dough. The dough will not be thick, like shortbread. It won't pour out of a spoon, but you won't be able to form it into a ball either.
  7. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a spoon, place the dough on paper and smooth it into a layer about 5 mm thick. Place peach slices on the dough, starting from the center. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. At such a high temperature, the thin dough will quickly bake, and the fruit, remaining slightly hard inside, will be covered with a thin caramel crust on top.

Whether you eat the pie hot or cold, it doesn’t matter. He's great in both ways. If you want to somehow complement this dessert, when serving, add a spoonful of the most ordinary sour cream to it.

Very quick, easy one or two recipe. The crumpets are prepared quickly, bake with lightning speed and just as quickly melt in your mouth and... disappear. The kids just love them!

  • vanillin.

0.5 liters of yogurt with pieces of fruit (not drinking, but the kind that you eat with a spoon) - I usually take papaya-pineapple flavor if I’m making lemon jelly for a roll, or strawberry for strawberry, raspberry for raspberry, etc. With I like lemon jelly the most: 1 pack of jelly (take less water than indicated on the pack - instead of 2 glasses I take 1.4).

Decorations:

  • 0.8 packs of dark dark chocolate (with milk and white it turns out cloying, and the bitterness is just right for the “tenderness”);
  • 25 g butter;
  • nuts for sprinkling (chopped).

  1. First, let's prepare the jelly. I usually make it in the evening and bake the roll in the morning. We prepare it according to the instructions, but we take less water; if it is indicated that 2 glasses are needed, I take 1.4. After this, pour the jelly into any container (it is advisable that the height of the jelly does not exceed 2 cm) and wait for it to harden. When the jelly has frozen, you can prepare the roll. It is done very quickly))
  2. So, let's prepare the base of our roll (dough). To do this, it is best to beat the yolks and whites separately - the yolks with sugar, the whites on their own until a stable foam. You can, of course, beat everything together (the dough is not capricious, it will still work out), but if you beat it separately, it will turn out MUCH more tender.
  3. After this, mix all the ingredients. Add the whites last, stirring gently with a spatula.
    Now we cover our baking sheet with foil and pour half of the dough onto it (the second will be used for the second roll). With my baking sheet size, I get a layer of dough approximately 1 cm thick.
    Bake at 200 degrees, approximately 12 minutes (until browning)
  4. Turn the finished cake over onto a laid out towel, remove the foil (it can be easily removed), roll the roll TOGETHER WITH THE TOWEL and let it cool.
  5. By the way, in the oven the roll will rise, then settle, and after rolling it will even decrease slightly in size - this is normal.
  6. Repeat the same procedure with the second part of the dough and for the second roll.
  7. Carefully unroll the cooled cakes and grease them with yogurt (I emphasize again - the yogurt should be thick), retreating 1 cm from the edges.
  8. Place pieces of jelly on top of the yogurt in a chaotic manner using a teaspoon (just take a teaspoon of the jelly and shake it onto the roll)
  9. Carefully roll it up. You won’t be able to roll it as tightly as rolls with condensed milk, but that’s not necessary.
  10. Pour melted chocolate and butter on top, sprinkle with nuts and...

I don’t like vegetable oil in sweet baked goods, so I used 100 g of butter at room temperature, which I beat with sugar in a mixer, and then added the egg and all the other ingredients.

I didn’t have yogurt, but homemade kefir, which was a bit runny. So I increased the baking time a little.

The consistency turns out to be slightly moist, like a cake, but at the same time not a cake.

Sugar used 50% brown 50% regular. If desired, you can add cinnamon. And another very interesting and beautiful option is to bake this pie in portions

Preparation:

Eggs (3 pieces)
Kefir or fermented baked milk (2 cups)

8. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven. Layered pie with lavash cheese will be ready in 40-45 minutes, the appropriate mode is 180 degrees. It is preferable to serve hot.

Lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat in the oven

Onion (1 large turnip + a few for gravy)
White cabbage (half a kilogram)
Mayonnaise (1 teaspoon)
Boiled rice (140 grams)
Vegetable oil (15 milliliters)
Salt and spices (added to taste)
Minced meat, preferably mixed (half a kilogram)
Tomato paste (15 grams)

1. Cut the cabbage into as thin strips as possible. Scald with boiling water and let cool, then drain the liquid and squeeze thoroughly with your hands.

2. Combine the cabbage mass with boiled rice and minced meat. Add chopped onion, salt and seasonings to taste. The mixture should be homogeneous.

3. Wet your hands with water and start making cabbage rolls. Place on a deep oiled baking sheet.

4. Bake the dish for twenty minutes, heating mode – 190 degrees. In order not to waste time, switch to preparing the gravy: mix mayonnaise and tomato paste, add a little chopped onion and carrots. Pour in a glass of water, stir well.

5. After the expiration date, the baking sheet must be removed from the oven. Pour the prepared sauce over the lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat and return to the oven for another 25 minutes.

Jellied pie with onion and egg on sour cream

Sour cream (110 grams)
Wheat flour (1 cup)
Eggs (2 pieces)
Onions (350-400 grams)
Salt and spices (adjust to taste)
Butter (150 grams)

1. Melt the butter in the microwave. Without waiting for it to cool, start adding flour in a thin stream, gently stirring the mixture.

2. Add some sour cream - about 60 grams. Stir thoroughly and place the dough in the refrigerator.

3. Peel and chop the onion into small cubes or thin half rings. Fry until translucent, adding a little salt.

4. Place the dough in a baking dish (it is best to use a silicone one). Level it out and spread the fried onion on top.

5. Beat the remaining sour cream with eggs and a little salt. Pour over the onions.

6. Finally, the mold can be sent to the preheated oven. The process of baking a pie with onions and eggs in sour cream will take about half an hour.

Lazy pizza in a lavash pan

Thin pita breads (2 pieces)
Salami (100 grams)
Mozzarella cheese (3 balls)
Tomato paste (30 grams)
Canned pineapples (3 rings)

1. Grind the Mozzarella on a coarse grater. Powder the sausage into thin slices, cut the pineapple circles into 10 slices.

2. Heat a dry frying pan. Lay out one of the pita breads, cover with tomato paste (about 1 tablespoon) and immediately sprinkle with cheese shavings (1/2 of the total mass).

3. Place the second tortilla directly on top of the filling. Once the cheese begins to melt, carefully flip the pizza over to the other side.

1. Boil seafood in boiling salted water. This will literally take three minutes.

2. Place clams on paper towel. Once they are dry, crumble into random pieces.

3. Cut the loaf into slices. Lubricate each one with tomato paste, cover with seafood filling, sprinkle with fragrant spices and grated cheese.

Mashed Potato Casserole with Cheese

Hard cheese (100 grams)
Ready-made mashed potatoes (700 grams)
Onion (2 heads)
Sausages or sausage (300 grams)
Dill and green onions (1 medium bunch)

1. Peel and chop the vegetables. Fry in vegetable (preferably corn) oil until half cooked.

3. Prepare a heat-resistant form: treat with butter, sprinkle generously with ground breadcrumbs. Spread 1/2 of the puree in an even layer and top with the sausage and vegetable mixture.

4. Crumble the hard cheese on a grater. Mix with finely chopped herbs and spread over the roast.

5. Cover the filling with the remaining potatoes. Season with vegetable spices.

6. The last layer is sour cream; complete the design by carefully leveling the surface. Potato casserole with cheese takes ten to fifteen minutes to prepare.

Everyone loves cabbage rolls, dumplings and dumplings. But only there is. But sculpting... You don’t often find chefs ready for such a feat. Usually you want to do everything faster and simpler.

We offer you several recipes for lazy dishes. They taste almost the same, just less labor intensive.

Dumplings

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 1 kg;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • cream - 200 ml;
  • unleavened dough for dumplings - 0.5 kg;
  • flour - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • ghee - for frying.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Roll out the dough, sprinkle the table with flour. Place minced meat on it. Roll the dough into a log.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in oil, add finely chopped garlic.

Cut the roll into pieces 3-4 cm wide, crosswise. Place them on a bed of carrots.

Pour in the cream, add 100 ml of water and simmer covered over low heat for about half an hour.

Serve with herbs and sour cream.

Vareniki

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • salt.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg. Add flour and 0.3 teaspoons of salt. Mix well. Boil lightly salted water (1 teaspoon per 2 liters).

Place a spoon in boiling water and use the spoon to pinch off some dough. Dip a spoon with a piece of dough into boiling water, make a shaking motion with the spoon under the water - and the lazy dumpling will come off on its own.

Use a spoon to form lazy dumplings, dipping the spoon into the water each time until the dough is gone.

Once all the dumplings float to the surface, cook them for another two minutes and remove them with a slotted spoon. Place the dumplings in a bowl and add butter.

Belyashi

Ingredients:

  • kefir – 1 glass;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • flour – 200 g.

For filling:

  • minced pork – 300 g;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry in oil until golden brown. Place minced meat in a frying pan, pepper and salt. Fry along with onions.

Mix kefir with sugar, salt and soda. Add flour and beaten eggs. Stir so that there are no lumps. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place a tablespoon of dough into the pan. Let the dough set and add some minced meat, spreading it over the dough. For the meat, add another spoonful of dough. Fry the belyashi on both sides until golden brown.

Stuffed cabbage rolls

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 500 g;
  • rice - 100 g;
  • cabbage - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

For the sauce:

  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • flour - for breading;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Peel the cabbage and chop it not very finely. Pour boiling water over and leave for 15-20 minutes. This will make it softer. Rinse the rice well and add to the minced meat. Squeeze the cabbage and add to the rice and minced meat. Beat in the egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Form oblong cutlets from the resulting mass. Bread them in flour. Fry the cabbage rolls on both sides until golden brown in hot vegetable oil. Mix tomato paste with sour cream, add 300 ml of water, salt to taste, stir. Pour the resulting liquid over the cabbage rolls, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook the lazy cabbage rolls under the lid over low heat until cooked, about 40-50 minutes.

Chops

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 500 g;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • wheat flour – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Wash the chicken fillet, cut into thin slices, then into strips and finely chop. Finely chop the onion. Beat the eggs, mix the minced chicken, eggs, mayonnaise, flour, onion, pepper and salt.
