In addition, use half a kilogram, a couple of sweet and sour apples, ten pieces, a couple of onions, seventy milliliters, ten grams of mustard and a quarter teaspoon.

This is a holiday dish that is enough to feed six to eight people. To prepare it, you need to prepare four pork legs (knuckles) weighing about five hundred grams each. To prepare the marinade, use three to five cloves of garlic, three to five chili peppers, four shallots, a tablespoon of caster sugar, twelve sprigs of thyme, three bay leaves, one hundred and twenty-five milliliters of rum (or) and the same amount of vinegar.
