  • 2 cups of flour;
  • 12 eggs;
  • 2.5 cups sugar;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • vanillin;

  • 3 tablespoons baking powder;
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 150 g peeled peanuts;
  • 1 package of boiled condensed milk.

Combine the whites with some of the sugar and turn into foam with whipping movements. Using a teaspoon, place the future meringues on a baking sheet and dry in the oven for 1.5 hours at minimum temperature. Then turn off the heat, but leave the meringue for another 12 hours.

We will need:

  • Kefir - 250 g;
  • Margarine - 100 g;
  • Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • Cocoa powder - 50 g;
  • Vegetable oil - 90 ml;
  • Sugar - 270 g;
  • Egg - 3 pcs;
  • Flour - 300 g;
  • Syrup (rum) - teaspoon;
  • Chocolate spread - 1 jar (350 g).

For cream:

  • Boiled condensed milk - 1/2 can;
  • Cream - 1/2 cup (pastry or homemade);
  • Vanillin - 1 pack.

Step 1.

Let's make a sponge cake. Beat the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. The mixture should be fluffy, so beat for 5-7 minutes.

In a separate bowl, pour kefir and add soda, quench it with kefir. Stir, let stand for 5 minutes.


Time passes, we add kefir to the eggs. Pour vegetable oil there and add vanillin. Mix a little.

While you can prepare the cream, everything is simple. Mix condensed milk with cream, vanilla and beat for 3-5 minutes. Then add peanuts, crush them a little, and mix everything until smooth.

It is better to take pastry cream. They are more suitable for creams. But you can also have simple ones, but with a fat content of at least 30%.

It is better to take salted peanuts, as this will create interesting shades of flavor. But you can take a simple one and fry it yourself.


Step 8.

Here we have a biscuit, chocolate cake.


It needs to be divided into three identical cake layers. We do this with a long and sharp knife or silk thread. It will be best if our biscuit lies in the refrigerator overnight, so that when cutting it will not crumble.


Step 9

Now you can soak it in rum syrup. You can use another one according to your taste. For impregnation, you need to dilute a teaspoon of syrup in 1/2 glass of water, even a little more and with sugar to taste, soak all three cake layers.

Step 10

Now we divide our cream into 2 parts. Place the first cake layer and spread it with 1/2 of the cream and peanuts. Then we put the second cake layer and spread the second part of the cream in the same way. Third cake layer on top.


Step 11

Now you need to put the water to boil. Melt our chocolate spread in a water bath and stir it constantly. Afterwards we coat the outside of our cake and level it. Do it quickly enough so that the paste does not thicken.


Step 12

Now we decorate our Snickers cake. You can, like me, simply crush peanuts and sprinkle them on them, you can sprinkle them with crushed crackers, as you wish and to your taste.


Now, you need to put it in the refrigerator for several hours, so everything will be soaked and it will be very tasty. This is how it turns out on a cut.

Now pour the dough into a greased mold. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour.

You can bake in a multicooker by setting the appropriate baking function. After baking, do not open the lid for 15 minutes, let the dough rise.

Then we take out the biscuit and let it cool.

It is advisable to leave the biscuit overnight. Afterwards it will not crumble when cutting.


Step 6.

Fry the nuts a little. They should brown a little and acquire a pleasant smell. To prevent them from burning, stir them constantly.

Then they need to be peeled. There is no need to bring it to perfection; it’s okay if a little husk remains.

Step 7

Crackers need to be crushed. You can do this with your hands or a rolling pin. But we don’t turn it into sand.


Step 8

Now mix the butter with condensed milk. The butter should already be softened. Then add crackers and nuts. Mix everything thoroughly. Then we put it in the refrigerator for a short time so that the cream is not too liquid.

Step 9

Now we divide our cooled biscuit into 3 equal parts. This can be done with a long thin knife or silk thread.

Place 1/2 of the cream on the bottom layer.


Step 10

Now cover with the second cake layer, place the second half of the cream on top and cover with the third cake layer.


You can also coat the sides, but it’s not necessary; some people like it when drips are visible along the edges of the cake.

Salted caramel:

  • Sugar - 300 g;
  • Dairy cream - 200 ml;

Don't forget about peanuts. It took us about 200 g. But if you use it to decorate, it’s better to take twice as much.

Cream cheese frosting is optional. If you don’t use it to level the cake, you’ll also save time on cooking.

Let's prepare a biscuit. Having prepared the ingredients, turn on the oven at 180 °C and put the kettle to boil.

Place baking soda, sugar and baking powder in a deep bowl. Sift flour and cocoa into it. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.

Step 2.

Add milk, eggs and butter there. Mix everything thoroughly. The mixture turns out quite thick.

Step 3.

Now pour in boiling water and mix thoroughly. The dough turned out liquid and that's normal.

Step 4.

Prepare the mold: grease it with butter and sprinkle it with a little flour. If the molds are silicone, then you don’t need to do anything. Now divide the dough into 3 parts. Pour out the first mold and put it in the oven. You need to bake for 40-50 minutes. But check after 30 minutes.

Then we bake the rest of the cakes. We need 3-4 cakes.

After baking, let the cakes cool, preferably on a wire rack. And then wrap it in film and refrigerate for a couple of hours, or better yet, overnight. The cakes also tend to crack on top, this is normal.

Our cakes turned out to be about 2 cm thick. We soaked them a little with rum syrup. You can soak it in coffee or any other syrup. If the thickness of the cake is 1 cm, then you don’t need to soak it; the cakes themselves are quite moist.

As soon as the butter has dissolved, add the cream and stir until smooth. If lumps form, it is advisable to melt and stir them.

Step 8

It is advisable to strain our caramel through a sieve to remove any remaining lumps. Add a little salt, literally a pinch, but you don’t have to add it at all. Mix everything thoroughly again. Let the mixture cool and then place it in the refrigerator while the rest of the ingredients are prepared.

Step 9

Making cream cheese cream. But if you don’t use it, you can simply make the cream in double proportions.

Place the butter in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer for 3 minutes. Then add powdered sugar and mix with another mixer.

Now add cream cheese in small portions and mix briefly until smooth. You can put it in the refrigerator for a short time until you need the cream.

Step 10

Now you can make Snickers cake at home. To do this, it is advisable to grease the dish on which the cake is going to be served with a little cream, maybe cream cheese.

Now put the crust on top. If you are lining the top of the cake with cream cheese, then you need to spread it a little along the edge of the cake. If not, then skip this step.


Step 11

Then grease with butter cream and put peanuts on top. By the way, you can take peanuts already roasted and a little salted. You can buy raw, fry and peel. See how you like it.
