  • Olives with lemon – 1 large handful (about 16 pieces);
  • Green onion – 30 grams;
  • Red caviar – 60 grams;
  • Potatoes – 1 medium tuber;
  • Lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp. l.;
  • Light mayonnaise – 100 grams.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the eggs, cool, remove the shells, then cut into thick mugs or large slices;
  2. We thoroughly clean the potatoes from soil and dirt and boil them. Since we need well-boiled potatoes for the salad, we can salt them at the very beginning. When it's ready, let it cool, peel it, then mash it into a puree. Ideally, beat it with a mixer (in no case with a blender knife, since the result will be a sticky mass, not airy);

  • Pickled or salted cucumbers - 2 small or a handful of gherkins;
  • White wine vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Ground pepper;
  • Dill – 40 grams;
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • Mustard – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
  • Heavy cream – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • Beetroot juice – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Lemon juice – half a teaspoon;
  • Sour cream – 200 grams;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Meat ingredients take the most cooking time, so let's start with beef tongue. Wash it thoroughly, clean it, and then boil it in plenty of water. This will take approximately 2-2.5 hours. Be sure to add salt during the process. We determine the degree of readiness with a knife - if it pierces very easily, then it is cooked. Take it out, let it cool, then cut it into smaller pieces;
  2. We clean the herring, remove the insides, and rinse. Then we divide it into halves, removing the skeleton and large bones. We also make sure to take out the small ones. We cut ½ of the fish fillet as finely as we did with the tongue, and the rest into larger pieces;
  3. We thoroughly wash the beets from dirt, then set them to boil in salted water. For small vegetables it will take about 40 minutes, for larger ones - up to 2-3 hours. We determine readiness with a knife - if it goes into soft butter, then you can remove it. Let cool, peel, and then cut into small cubes;
  4. We will also boil the potatoes, peel them well first. Be sure to add salt during the process. Then cool, peel, cut into cubes;
  5. Wash the apple thoroughly and peel off the skin. Then remove the seeds with the core and chop them into cubes, just like vegetables;
  6. Wash the onion, peel it, then chop it into cubes. If it is very bitter, you can scald it with boiling water;
  7. Drain the brine from the cucumbers, then chop them similarly to the onions;
  8. Combine finely chopped herring (do not touch large pieces), tongue, apples, potatoes, onions, cucumbers and beets;
  9. Wash the dill thoroughly, dry thoroughly, and then chop;
  10. Boil the eggs, let cool, then peel. We take out the yolks, rub them through a sieve to form a paste, and simply chop the whites with a knife;

  • Potatoes - 3 tubers,
  • Lightly salted herring - 2 carcasses,

  • Onions - 2 pcs.,
  • Bell pepper - 2 pcs.,
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • Sweet carrots - 1 pc.,
  • Vegetable oil – a couple of spoons;
  • Canned green peas - 3 tablespoons,
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons,

Preparation:

  1. We wash, peel, and then chop fresh mushrooms. Heat a frying pan, add oil and fry;
  2. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, cool, peel off the shells, and then cut them into small cubes;
  3. Wash the potatoes and carrots thoroughly, boil until tender, and cool. Then we peel the skin, after which we chop: the carrots into half rings, and the potatoes into cubes;
  4. Salt the green peas with brine;

  7. We combine all the products, add green peas with mayonnaise, salt and mix.

Take one medium carcass of lightly salted Norwegian herring. Peel it and remove seeds, as in the video above, and chop the pulp finely.

Now prepare the onions. Chop a large onion into thin half rings, as in the photo.
