  • Chicken breast – 400 gr

  • Processed cheese - 1 piece
  • egg yolks- 3 pcs
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dill
  • mayonnaise - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

Boil the chicken fillet until tender, cool and separate into fibers.


Cut the ham into thin strips.


Cut the champignons into thin slices.


Then grate the boiled eggs, mix with the chopped ingredients, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and mix.



Fry it in a large amount of vegetable oil and over high heat.


After cooking, put it on a napkin, add salt and let it cool slightly. Next, break the fried potatoes into small pieces.
