Christmas tree pie for the New Year. Recipes for baking delicious and simple pies for the festive table for the New Year

I offer you the New Year's Christmas tree cake, which will decorate your holiday table with its appearance. It is believed that there must be symbols of a Christmas tree on the New Year's table, and the more of them there are, the more successful the year will be. Few housewives have time for complex desserts; preparing main courses takes up all their free time. But even an inexperienced housewife can build such a Christmas tree using ready-made puff pastry.

First you need to cut the apples into slices. The skin does not need to be cleaned unless it is very rough.

Place the dough on the work surface and let it rest for a while until it warms up to room temperature. Roll out the dough into a square and cut out a leg on one side. Then carefully outline the outline of the future Christmas tree.

Cut the side parts of the dough symmetrically into strips.

Place apples overlapping on the central part of our Christmas tree, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Starting from the top, roll up the strips of dough, pinning them together in the middle.

If desired, the strips can be twisted, as I did in the two bottom rows. Collect the entire Christmas tree.

Carefully transfer the Christmas tree onto the parchment. You can cut out snowflakes from the leftover dough using a die cutter. Decorate the Christmas tree with berries and brush with beaten yolk.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake our Christmas tree for 30-35 minutes until the desired golden hue.

When the Christmas tree has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Happy New Year to everyone! Bon appetit!

It's time to get ready for the New Year! We need to take care of living Christmas trees, so instead of buying Christmas trees, let's... bake them! It’s tasty, original, and good for wildlife! The kids will really love this shortbread pie or a Christmas tree-shaped cake!

I have already tried a cake in the shape of a Christmas tree “on a plane”, but finally I built a “prefabricated model” from sand stars of different sizes!

I have long wanted to build a three-dimensional Christmas tree cake, and when I got around to making it, it turned out that it was very simple and quick! True, they took it apart and ate it even faster. So, if you want a big tree “this tall,” then double the amount of ingredients.

Ingredients:

For shortbread dough:

  • 100 g butter;
  • 1 yolk;
  • 50 g powdered sugar;
  • 180-200 g flour (about 1 and 1/3 cups).

For "snow" and gluing:

  • 1 egg white;
  • 100 g powdered sugar;
  • a drop of lemon juice.

For decoration:

  • cranberries, or whatever else you find in winter.
  • multi-colored candied fruits, preferably homemade.

I found red currants and raspberries in the freezer :)
The decoration should not be hard or small if the children are small! Instead of candied fruits, it is better to take pieces of fresh fruit.

How to make a Christmas tree pie:

Mix the dough.

It is better to spread parchment on the table, sift the flour onto the paper in a heap - not all of it yet, but about 160 g, and cut the chilled butter into the flour into cubes.

Using a wide knife, cut the butter and flour into fine crumbs and pour in the powdered sugar.

Add the yolk (put the white in the refrigerator for now).

Knead the dough, adding the remaining flour to form a smooth lump. At this stage, it is more convenient to pour the ingredients from the parchment into a bowl.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough to 1 cm thick.

Now we need a star template. You can cut it out of cardboard, but I took a phosphorescent star that glows in the dark :)
Applying the template to the cake, cut out the star.

We need several stars, and all of different sizes - from the large one - the base of the tree - to the smallest one, the top!

For large stars, so as not to make many templates, we do this: attach a smaller star to the cake, cut it out, slightly retreating from its edges.

And small stars can be marked with a knife - remember how to draw a star: the letter “A”, and then add the rays.

I got 11 stars. Place them on a baking sheet lightly greased with vegetable oil or lined with good parchment paper and place in an oven preheated to 180 C.

Bake over medium heat (about 180-200 C) for 20-25 minutes. When the stars turn golden and the edges begin to brown, they’re ready!

This is what our Christmas tree will be like! But the “spare parts” still need to be connected to each other.

After waiting for the cookies to cool, beat the egg whites with powdered sugar with a mixer, adding a little lemon juice, until you get a white mass as thick as sour cream.

Using a silicone brush, grease the stars with this meringue and place one on top of the other so that the rays do not coincide - you get a snow-covered Christmas tree. We install the smallest star on the top!

Now we need to dress her up. I took frozen berries for this purpose, but perhaps you can come up with something else? Just don’t use sugar beads: they are very hard, absolutely tasteless and dangerous for children. It is better to take marmalades, or pieces of multi-colored fruits - tangerine, kiwi, banana.

Since a raw egg was used for the glaze, and the cake was for children, I decided that it was necessary to heat treat it - and dried the Christmas tree in a hot oven for about 7 minutes until the meringue dried.

A very cute song about the Christmas tree - in addition to the cake!

New Year's pie in the shape of a Christmas tree, step-by-step recipe with photos

Are you wondering what to prepare so original for the New Year's sweet table? How about we serve… a Christmas tree for tea?!
Of course, we do not encourage people to chew spruce paws, but suggest baking a New Year's pie in the shape of a Christmas tree! Original and very elegant, such a pie will become the “highlight” of the sweet program, delighting children and guests!
You can build a delicious Christmas tree easily and quickly from the most ordinary products. Look for yourself!

Ingredients for New Year's Christmas tree pie:

Dough for the crust:

3 eggs;
- a little less than 1 glass of sugar;
- 3 – 4 tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise (you can take a double portion of one);
- half a teaspoon of soda (quench it with vinegar);
- half a pack of butter or margarine;
- flour.

For decoration:

Chocolate glaze;
- coconut flakes (green and white);
- multi-colored marmalade, candied fruits.

Preparing a New Year's pie in the shape of a Christmas tree:

First, let's bake the cake. Mix the dough: beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer or just a fork.

Add sour cream-mayonnaise, extinguish the soda, pour in melted butter (margarine).

Stir and add flour - enough to make the dough thicker than for pancakes.

Pour the dough into a frying pan (baking dish) greased with sunflower oil and place in the oven over medium heat. At the end of cooking, add heat so that the pie rises and becomes golden.

When the cake is ready and browned, test for doneness with a wooden stick. Dry? Let's take the pie out of the oven!

Place the crust on a plate and let it cool.

After which... let's cut it into cubes!

And let's prepare the cream:

Beat thin sour cream (15% fat) with a couple of tablespoons of sugar - with a mixer or again with a fork.

Pour the cream into a bowl with the cake cubes...

And mix.

Place the mixture on a plate.

And then we put plastic bags on our hands (or CLEAN gloves from those that come with hair dye) - and make a pie out of the mixture, giving it the shape of a Christmas tree!

Happened? Great! Now the Christmas tree needs to be decorated beautifully.

You can cook homemade glaze (mix half a glass of sugar with 1 - 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, add 3 tablespoons of water or milk and, stirring, heat until boiling), or you can simply melt the chocolate in a water bath.

When the glaze has cooled a little, cover the cake with it.

Let's prepare the ingredients for decoration.

Then sprinkle the Christmas tree with green coconut shavings (quickly, before the glaze hardens, otherwise the “needles” will crumble).

Let's crush the Christmas tree's paws with "snow" - white coconut shavings.

And finally, let's dress up our beauty :)
Wonderful “Christmas tree balls” are made from round multi-colored marmalades: they are bright, soft (can be given to children), and are also healthy sweets. Garlands can be laid out from multi-colored candied fruits - pieces of candied fruit (an option for older children) or steamed dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots are also suitable for children).

What a beauty it turned out! Let's put the dish with the pie in the sun - and the lights on the Christmas tree will light up as if they were real.

But buying such a tasty treat would be too banal and simple. But baking a delicious pie with your own hands will not only be healthier, but also more enjoyable.

Now that the New Year is very soon knocking on the door, it’s time to think about dessert for the holiday table. That is why I have come up with a plan to create for you a delicious selection of simple and beautiful pies that can be prepared without any special skill. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and success is guaranteed!

Today we will present to your attention several of the most original and delicious pies that are easy to prepare in your kitchen. This dessert will go viral. The main thing is not to forget to put the main ingredient in it. It is the same for all recipes. And this, of course, is your love and care for tasters and your work.

Menu:

1. Red fish pie “Christmas tree with toys”

Dessert doesn't have to be sweet. I bring to your attention a recipe for delicious baked goods with red fish and potatoes. It always turns out successfully and beautifully. And the design in the shape of a New Year tree will make it the main decoration of the table.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • 250 grams of flour;
  • a full teaspoon of dry yeast (with a heap);
  • 150 milliliters of clean water;
  • a tablespoon of vegetable oil;
  • a teaspoon of granulated sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • fresh yolk.

Pie filling:

  • 300 grams of fresh red fish (any);
  • half a large onion;
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • salt and seasonings to taste;
  • cherry tomatoes for decoration.

Step-by-step description of the recipe:

1.Take two tablespoons of warm water from the total amount. Dissolve granulated sugar and yeast there. You need to stir thoroughly to break up all the yeast lumps. Leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.

2. Pour more flour into a bowl, add salt, butter, brewed dough and the remaining water. Mix the elastic mass.

3. Once the dough has formed into a ball, move to the counter. Add a little flour and knead it for at least 5 minutes. Then it is better to hit it well, hitting it on the table. This will take 5-7 minutes. Grease the mass with vegetable oil and the bowl in which it will be stored, too.

4. Cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for half an hour to an hour.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with a small amount of oil.

6. Roll out the dough into a square the size of a baking sheet. It’s convenient to do this directly on the parchment, because you cut it out exactly on the baking sheet. Trim off the excess.

7. So, we have prepared the dough. Now let's move on to the filling. First, you need to cut the fish fillets into cubes. You can use any red fish for this. For example, pink salmon. It is the most affordable, but no less tasty.

8. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. This is best done with a special vegetable cutter. Thick slices may not cook through. Cut the onion into small cubes.

9. Stepping back a little from the bottom corner, select a small triangle. You can make a note with a knife. This will be our Christmas tree. And the loose ends will close it.

10. Spread the potatoes in an even layer, slightly on top of each other, along the intended triangle. Cover with onions. You don’t need to put in a lot of onions, otherwise they won’t have time to cook. The composition is completed by a red fish.

11. Using a regular or round knife, make several cuts on the free ends.

12. Now we need to cover our filling with the resulting “petals”. This is done on both sides, alternately, slightly overlapping.

If you have some filling left and some space at the bottom of the pie, you can also make a leg for our Christmas tree.

13. Place the paper with the pie on a baking sheet. Break the yolk into a small bowl, add a little milk or water. Stir. Grease our cake with this mixture.

14. If possible, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds.

15. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the baking sheet there for half an hour.

16. Carefully separate the pie from the paper and place it on a tray or board. Garnish with cherry halves. This will serve as a kind of bright lanterns or balls.

17. This is such an elegant and tasty Christmas tree we got. It can be served either hot or cooled. It depends on your taste and situation.

2. A simple holiday pie made from shortcrust pastry with jam - a simple recipe

In the pre-holiday bustle, when you need to prepare salads, appetizers, main courses, drinks, dessert for the table, your head is spinning. Time is always, as a rule, limited. I offer you a win-win option for preparing the pie for the table. By the way, you can prepare it not only for the New Year, but also for other holidays, as well as just on weekdays, for tea.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2.5-3 cups flour;
  • a glass of granulated sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 200 grams of butter (you can use margarine);
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • any jam you like, about 200 grams.

Preparation:

1.First of all, in order not to waste time, you need to melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave. Then you need to cool it a little.

2. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a fork until smooth. Add sugar and stir vigorously for a couple more minutes.

3. Pour oil into the mixture, and then add flour and baking powder.

If you don't have baking powder, you can replace it with half a teaspoon of baking soda slaked with vinegar. They will probably be found in every kitchen.

4. Knead soft and elastic dough. It shouldn't be too dense. Divide it into two parts, one of which is larger and the other, respectively, smaller. The first will serve as the basis for the pie, and the second will serve as decoration.

5. Prepare a round baking dish. Line the bottom with parchment and grease the edges with butter. Place most of the dough into the mold. There is no point in rolling it out with a rolling pin. It is more convenient to do this with your hands, because it turns out elastic, like soft plasticine. Flatten it around the circumference and raise the edges a couple of centimeters.

6. Spread the jam and spread with a spoon over the entire circumference of the pie.

7. The set aside part of the dough, in turn, also needs to be divided into two parts in the same way - into a larger and a smaller one. The larger one will be used for stripes, and the smaller one for flowers.

8. Roll out most of it and cut into strips. They are beautifully placed on the pie, in a net. Divide the small lump into three parts. Roll each into a ball. Press down and make 4 cuts, imitating petals. Lightly trim them with your hands. Decorate the pie. You can put raisins or a drop of jam in the middle. For the New Year's table, instead of flowers, you can also make snowflakes.

9. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Happy baking!

6. Video - Delicious layered pancake cake “New Year’s Tale”

For me, this pie cake is just a godsend. To be honest, I haven’t cooked it yet. But I’m definitely going to present it to my guests on New Year’s Eve!

Dessert is very important for any feast. It can be anything - sweet or not sweet. Today I have selected for you the most delicious and simple options for preparing holiday pies.

I wish you health and success in the coming and still passing year! See you again!

Add yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour to warm milk or water, mix and leave the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes (a fluffy “hat” will appear on the surface).

In a deep bowl, combine the dough, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and egg. Lightly stir the mixture and then add the sifted flour. Knead soft and tender dough. Knead the dough well and leave it in a warm bowl for 1 hour (to rise). Then place the yeast dough on a silicone mat (or table) sprinkled with flour and knead well.

To prepare the pie filling, combine sugar, cocoa and chocolate, mix everything lightly.

Roll out the dough thinly into a rectangular layer.

Now we begin to form the pie in the shape of a Christmas tree. Place the filling in the shape of a triangle on one half of the dough.

Carefully cover the other half of the dough with our filling.

Cut a Christmas tree along the edge of the filling.

Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil. Carefully transfer our Christmas tree to a baking sheet. Using scissors, make cuts on both sides in the form of strips approximately 1-1.5 cm wide. Twist the strips slightly (as in the photo).

Thus form a Christmas tree. Leave the pie for 30-45 minutes in a warm place to rise.

Place our Christmas tree on a beautiful board or plate and, of course, decorate as desired. To decorate the Yolochka yeast pie, you can use confectionery sprinkles, colored candies or marmalades. Honey will give the cake stickiness and therefore the candies will stick well. This is such a New Year's beauty!
