To do this, we make the dough according to the following recipe:

  • combine 1 glass of flour with 1 egg, 75 ml of milk and 1 glass of water,
  • add a pinch of salt and sugar and beat with a mixer at high speed until smooth,
  • fry several thin pancakes in vegetable oil; 4-5 pieces are enough for a salad. depending on the diameter of the pan.

  1. While the pancakes are cooling, we deal with the remaining ingredients: cut 250 g of ham without bacon into slices or cubes, grate 100 g of hard cheese, finely chop 100 g of walnuts.
  2. Cook the Korean carrots, allowing them to drain through a sieve if there is excess liquid.
  3. Cut the cooled pancakes into thin strips and place in a salad bowl. We also add ham, nuts, Korean carrots, and cheese.
  4. Season with mayonnaise to taste, add salt, pepper and mix.

Cool the finished salad for 10-15 minutes and serve, garnished with herbs.
