Meatball and noodle soup is a great first course for children. Although, in fairness, it must be said that adults will not refuse a bowl of this tasty, aromatic and satisfying soup. It is prepared quite simply and, importantly, quickly. The most important thing is minced meat, but for such dishes I advise you not to buy it in the store, but to cook it. You can make minced chicken fillet, you can make minced pork, you can make veal mince or mixed mince.

- 0.5 small carrots;
- 1 small onion;
- 1 medium-sized potato;
- 100-150 grams of minced meat;
- 1 handful of small vermicelli;
- salt to taste;
- pepper to taste.

We peel the onion, peel the carrots and cut them finely - into cubes or half rings, but your discretion.

Pour water into a saucepan, add onion and chopped carrots, put on fire. Bring to a boil.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes. When the water in the pan boils, add potatoes to it. Salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes.

Bon appetit!
Children will also surely enjoy the bright and tasty

Many kids don't like meat! Of course, you have to chew it! If your baby doesn’t eat meat precisely for this reason, then meatball soup will help you out great. It cooks much faster than regular meat soups, and your baby will surely like it.
I indicated the amount of ingredients for the soup for the whole family, because not only children, but also adults love this soup.
We put water in a saucepan on the fire and deal with the potatoes - peel, wash, cut into medium cubes or small cubes (depending on how small your children are). When the water boils, throw the potatoes into the pan.

Three carrots on a fine grater. And cut the onion as finely as possible. I do not fry onions and carrots if children will eat the soup. When the potatoes boil, add carrots and onions.

Now it's time for the meatballs. They can be made from any minced meat (beef, chicken, turkey, etc.). But it’s better not to include pork in the diet of young children; they overinject it with antibiotics, and you don’t want health problems for your own children, do you? I make the minced meat myself. I don’t use store-bought minced meat. I immediately make and freeze cutlets and meatballs from minced meat. I freeze the meatballs on a board covered with a bag so they don’t stick together, and then put them in a bag.
Throw the meatballs into the soup one at a time to prevent them from sticking together.

Now throw the noodles into the water. I break it smaller.
After the meatballs float to the surface, cook for another 7-10 minutes.

Turn off the stove. Add salt to taste to the soup (I don’t add salt to children’s soups) and any greens in any quantity.

As the baby grows up, absolutely every mother faces the difficult task of diversifying the children's diet. If the first feeding starts with fruits and purees, then by the age of one year you can already give soup. Toddlers have their own unique dishes, they should be healthy and natural. We invite mothers to prepare children's soup with meatballs. This dish is suitable for a child who is starting to get acquainted with the adult table.

When a baby grows up, his diet necessarily includes meat. This product is enriched with proteins and fats, which help growth and timely development. Please note that meals for little ones are prepared differently. The right recipe requires a small amount of ingredients and a simple cooking technique. That's why meatball soup is suitable for children.

At what age should it be introduced into the diet?

Every mother wonders when to start feeding her baby soup. Pediatricians disagree. Some experts allow the introduction of liquid from 6 months, others allow only after 11–12.

But there is also a common opinion, which most doctors adhere to - breastfed children are given the first dose later than babies fed formula.

It is worth noting that the soup is easy to prepare. Even a beginner can master its recipe, especially since the dish can be cooked both on the stove and in a slow cooker.

What ingredients to use

The children's first friends on their menu are vegetables, which is what the soup is cooked with. Potatoes, carrots and white cabbage will be a good addition to lean broth. It is better to offer meat and dishes from it at one and a half years.

Introduction Tips:

  • It is recommended to give meat to your baby after he has tasted the puree from this product.
  • You can accustom your child to new food by adding it to already familiar dishes, for example, broth with vegetables.
  • For the first time, 1–2 tsp will be enough for the child. soup, then increase the volume by 1-2 tablespoons.
  • For a balanced diet, prepare different broths. Alternate milk, vegetable, meat and fish soups daily, taking into account the age range.

The inclusion of new dishes in the children's menu depends on the baby's development, the presence of teeth and individual food preferences.

How to start complementary feeding

To begin with, one spoon of broth, which is used as an additive to vegetable puree, is enough. If the new product is suitable, then increase the portions every day to 30 ml. But until the baby is one year old, you should not give more than 50 ml.

After a year, you can safely introduce chicken, beef, and meatballs made from them into your diet. At this time, there is no longer any need to limit portions. At 1–2 years old, a child can safely eat 200–250 ml of meat broth.

After 12 months, babies are also prepared meatballs and cutlets from chicken or turkey, if meat broth is suitable.
