Let's cook Korean carrots or just buy them at the store. Squeeze out a little juice and put it in a salad bowl.

Add chopped pork ham to the ingredients here. You can use smoked chicken breast, chicken legs instead of ham, or add boiled meat altogether (if you are watching your diet). I like it when the meat in this salad is smoked. This way the taste of the salad becomes more piquant and rich.

  7. Next, add the grated carrots to boiling water.
  8. Boil it the same way as potatoes. Strain with a slotted spoon and place in a plate to cool.
  9. Pork should be washed well under running water. After this, dry the meat and cut it on a cutting board. The cubes should be small, approximately 1 centimeter high.
  10. Place a frying pan on the fire and pour oil into it (no need to be sorry). When the oil in the frying pan boils, dip the pieces of meat into it.
  11. Fry the meat until it is browned on all sides.
  12. About 2 minutes before removing the meat from the heat, add seasonings of your choice to the pan.
  13. The finished meat should be strained from the oil. Since we are not preparing a warm salad with pork, but a cold one, this ingredient must be allowed to cool well.
  14. We combine all the ingredients that we have prepared (meat and vegetables) in a large plate and squeeze out the garlic.
