Products: 350 grams of pork, 200 grams of crab sticks, two tomatoes, 100 grams of processed cheese, one clove of garlic, mayonnaise for dressing, salt to taste.

Preparing meat salad with tomatoes

Wash the meat and boil in salted water. If there is fat on the meat, you can trim it off, or you can remove it after cooking.

Cool the meat, cut into cubes, as for Olivier, and place in a salad bowl. Pour it on top or brush it with mayonnaise.

  • Mint - a bunch;
