  1. Prunes must be washed and poured with boiling water for thirty minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Then dry the plums with a paper towel and cut them like chicken.
  2. Boil the eggs, grate the yolk on a fine grater in one bowl, and the white in the second. Grate the cheese.
  3. Grind the walnuts, but not to a powder state. Peel and chop the onion. Wash the champignons and cut into plastic pieces. Then fry the oil, onions and mushrooms in a frying pan for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cool, drain the oil.
  4. Next, mix the mayonnaise with squeezed garlic. Then take a flat dish and lay out the salad in layers:

  1. First, remove the skin from the chicken legs. Cut the smoked legs into small cubes. Next, cut the eggs. You can slice the eggs as you like, you can simply grate them.
  2. The cheese for the salad must be grated. Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it. After a few minutes, drain the water. This will remove all the bitterness from the onion and the dish will turn out delicious.
  3. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Rinse the prunes, dry with napkins to remove excess moisture, then finely chop.

  • Mayonnaise - 3–4 tbsp;

  1. Boil the carrots and chicken fillet for 15 minutes, the fillet should remain juicy. Boil the eggs for no longer than 10 minutes, cool in ice water. Wash the prunes under running water and dry with a paper towel. Peel eggs and carrots.
  2. Cut the fillet into small cubes, place half as the first layer on the dish in which you will serve the salad. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken and coat with mayonnaise.

  1. You need to remove the skin from the leg, cut off all the meat, and then chop it into cubes. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs in salted water.
  2. Cook the beets in a separate pan. Place the boiled eggs in cold water; when they have cooled, peel them. Finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until transparent.
