1. Cut the champignons into slices. Chop the onion.

2. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Add champignons and fry until done. Salt to taste.

3. Boil the defrosted and cleaned squid for 3-4 minutes. Cut into strips.

  1. Let's start with the squid carcass. Take a small saucepan. Pour water and put it on the stove. When the water boils, add a teaspoon of salt, peppercorns and bay leaf. Carefully, literally for one minute, lower our fresh cleaned squid carcasses and let them boil. Then we pull them out using a slotted spoon. You should not cook them longer: after all, if you overcook them, they will become far from tender in taste, but rather will resemble rubber.
  2. Wash the champignons under running water and cook in lightly salted water for just a few minutes (about 5) until tender. We also remove it using a slotted spoon or place it in a colander. Give them time to cool and cut into strips
  3. Alternatively, you can not cook, but fry in a frying pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Then, before frying, they should be cut into four parts and then into strips. You should not fry for a long time - no more than 4-5 minutes.
  4. Take a piece of hard cheese and cut it into strips as well. Any cheese you like is suitable for the salad.
  5. Cut the cooled squid into rings approximately 2 millimeters thick.

  • processed cheese - 150-200 g
  • walnuts – 150 g
  • onion - 1 pc.

Squid salad recipe:

1. Rinse the squid, remove film, entrails and chitinous plates. Boil water in a saucepan and add salt. Place the carcasses in boiling water for a minute and rinse with cold water. Cut into rings.
