Doing this will make anyone a crybaby, but there are some great ways to avoid this, for example, you can wet a knife, or keep the bulbs in the refrigerator for a while. Finely chop the onion and add it to the mushrooms. In just a few minutes you will have a wonderful smell of frying mushrooms and onions in your kitchen. Add a little salt and pepper there. Then we wash a small bunch of greens under water, chop them finely and also throw them into the frying pan.

Cool the prepared mushrooms with onions and place them from the frying pan onto a wide plate. Apply mashed potatoes on top in an even layer. You need to cool it down before doing this.
