Finally, we offer you a delicious dessert recipe for an adult table. This delicacy has a rich chocolate-coffee taste and pleasant aroma. To prepare the roll, you will need regular cookies - 300 g, butter - 150 g, corn sticks - 100 g, 33% fat cream - 80 ml. You will also need coconut flakes - 4 tbsp. l., sugar - 100 g, cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l., liqueur (Baileys or Sheridan`s) - 2 tbsp. l. In principle, you can use any other liqueur that has a creamy coffee taste. If you plan to treat children, do not add alcohol to the dish! The technology for preparing the roll is simple. Cookies and corn sticks should be broken into pieces and then coconut flakes should be added to them. Cocoa powder should be mixed with sugar and cream should be added. The resulting mass must be put on fire and heated, stirring gently, until the sugar dissolves. The butter must be cut into cubes and added to the warm creamy chocolate mixture. Mix well. Now place the resulting mass in a container with corn sticks and cookies. Pour some liqueur in there. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form the mixture into a roll and wrap it in cling film.
