Let's make the dough. Mix the ingredients with a mixer in this order: flour, sugar and salt, butter, eggs and kefir, soda. Beat until smooth (thick sour cream consistency). Pour the dough onto a baking sheet previously coated with oil. Next, in random order, lay out finely chopped tomatoes, sausage, onions, and mushrooms. Three coarse cheeses and mix with mayonnaise. Spread the mixture on top of everything else. Preheat the oven and place a baking sheet there for about twenty or half an hour. Pizza “sausage + cheese + tomatoes” is ready.
