Chinese cabbage salad with fresh tomatoes and herbs

Bon appetit!!!

In order for your salads to be delicious, you need to choose fresh products. When you purchase Chinese cabbage, pay attention to the condition of the leaves; if they are limp and have an unsalable appearance, most likely this product has been stored for a very long time and its taste has long since disappeared.

Instead of crab sticks, you can use shrimp.

Instead of corn or in addition, you can add green peas. You can also complement salads with boiled rice.

Seafood is best taken frozen. When purchasing, pay attention to the expiration date.

For salads, it is better to choose cucumbers of greenhouse origin as they are very tender. But in no way am I saying that you can’t use any other cucumbers. It’s just that the greenhouse ones are really more tender.

Peking salads are best served in transparent glass salad bowls. This will make the salad look larger and more satisfying.

When you fry chicken, be careful not to dry it out. The meat itself is a bit dry, and if you overdry it, the taste of the salad may suffer.

It is best to dress the salad immediately before serving, since during long-term storage the sauce may drain to the bottom and, accordingly, the taste of the salad will be completely different from the jelly you wanted.

I can’t vouch for the taste, but it will be hot :)
