Step-by-step recipe with photos. Strudli meat rosettes Recipe for rosettes with minced meat in the oven

Today, according to the plan, we are preparing not just baking, but creating a bouquet of beautiful roses for the whole family. It sounds very interesting and tempting, although it is actually very simple and quite quick to prepare. I’m sharing a wonderful recipe with step-by-step photos - how to make rosettes from puff pastry with minced meat in the oven.

So, we need:

- puff pastry (ready) - 400 grams;
- minced meat (meat) - 200 grams;
- salt - 0.5-1 teaspoon;
- onion - 0.5 pieces;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- water (boiled) - 1 teaspoon;
- spices (coriander, pepper) - to taste;
- vegetable oil - for greasing the mold.

How to cook puff pastry with minced meat in the oven in the form of roses

Ready-made puff pastry is only sold frozen, so it needs to be thawed. To do this, just remove the packaging and leave the layers of frozen dough at room temperature for 40-50 minutes. I have a 400 gram package of dough, which contains 4 rectangles of puff pastry.

While the dough was defrosting, I managed to prepare. Mix minced meat, chopped onion and garlic, spices and salt. I use minced chicken, it is more tender and has less calories. Add one teaspoon of warm boiled water to the minced meat. This is enough for the minced meat to be juicy, but not leak out when forming puff pastry rosettes. This is how I got the minced meat in the photo.

Roll out the soft and elastic dough into a thin layer, square shape. Cut it into strips 1.5-2 centimeters wide. I cut with a curly knife so that the edges of the rose are beautifully shaped.

Place the meat filling on each strip of dough, in a thin strip, as shown in the photo.

Roll the dough with the filling into a roll to make roses, as shown in the photo.

Thus, form all the roses.

Line a baking sheet with parchment. I ran out of parchment, so I lined it with foil and greased it with vegetable oil. Place the roses on a baking sheet. I sprinkle some ground black pepper on top for flavor. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The time depends on the size of the roses and the characteristics of the oven.

The finished puff pastry rosettes with minced meat will acquire a light golden color.

You need to remove delicious and beautiful baked goods from the baking sheet after cooling, so as not to deform them. Place the roses on a plate and serve.

Beautiful, tasty and fragrant rosettes made from ready-made puff pastry with meat filling will captivate you with their taste and appearance. The filling turns out very juicy and tender, and the dough is airy and very tasty. Cook with love for your family and delicious and beautiful baked goods for you!

350 g minced meat
150 g carrots
80 g cabbage
1 onion
2-3 teeth. garlic
piece of ginger
vegetable seasoning - 0.5 tsp.
raises oil
glass of water
dough:
200 g flour
half a glass of water
1 egg
salt
30 g plums. butter for rolls
green onions on top
horseradish/sour cream when serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 glass of water;
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt;
  • 2 eggs;
  • flour to the desired dough consistency.

For filling:

  • 700 grams of minced meat;
  • 2 onions;
  • fresh herbs;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper.

For the vegetable pillow:

  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 pods of bell pepper;
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Preparation proceeds according to the following plan: knead regular dumpling dough. Break the eggs into a bowl and add salt and water. Lightly beat the resulting mixture and gradually add sifted flour to it to knead a stiff dough. Now cover the dough with food oilcloth or a cotton towel and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes. After half an hour, the dough should become elastic and soft, but for now let’s start preparing the filling.

    To do this, grind the onion through a meat grinder and add its minced meat, pour in the eggs and finely chopped herbs. Add ground black pepper and a little salt to taste, then mix everything thoroughly.

    Now we need to prepare a vegetable “pillow” for our dumpling roses. The preparation of the pillow is very simple - remove the seeds and membranes from the bell pepper, peel the carrots and onions. Cut all the vegetables into strips and fry one by one in oil until crusty. Now let's put our fried vegetables in a deep roasting pan, and then move on directly to preparing the dumplings.

    Sprinkle some flour on the table and turn out the dough. Now we roll out the dough into the thinnest layer, the thinner the layer, the tastier our dumplings will be. Note that we should end up with an elongated, not round, layer. The fact is that we are going to roll the dough into a roll, we will not make dumplings in the old-fashioned way!

    The next stage begins - we put the minced meat on the layer, evenly distributing it over the dough. Roll the dough into a roll, carefully pinch the edges. Now cut the resulting roll into pieces and place the pieces on the vegetable fryer. An important point is that the rolls should be placed cut side up, pinching the bottom edges to prevent the meat juice from leaking out.

    All that now remains for us to do is just add spices (to taste), add laurel and simmer the dumplings for half an hour, covering them with a lid.

  • In this video recipe you can see how to prepare such tasty and juicy lazy dumplings, and most importantly - they are made very quickly.

The process of preparing homemade dumplings resembles a kind of ritual when the whole family gathers at the table and intimate family conversations begin while modeling. But we rarely treat ourselves to this favorite homemade dish, because it is a rather labor-intensive process that takes a lot of time. And often wondering what to cook from minced meat, dumplings always come to mind, but as always there is little desire to cook them. Therefore, try this homemade dish in a slightly different interpretation! Prepare a delicious dish - lazy rose dumplings. A recipe that does not require a huge amount of time to prepare. Ideal for those who don’t like to spend a lot of time at the stove and prefer less labor-intensive dishes. The preparation of the food is extremely simple, and the taste is amazingly juicy and tasty. Lazy dumplings look spectacular and are shaped like roses, so it’s not a shame to even serve them to guests.

Ingredients for rose dumplings:

Dough:

water - 1 glass
egg - 1 pc.
salt - 1 tsp.
flour to the required dough thickness
Filling:
minced meat (pork + beef) - 500 gr.
onion - 2 pcs.
salt, pepper to taste
Vegetable frying:
carrots - 2 pcs.
onion - 2 pcs.
tomatoes - 2 pcs.
salt, pepper, garlic and any seasonings - to taste
vegetable oil
bouillon

How to cook lazy dumplings:

First of all, mix the dumpling dough. Pour one glass of water into a deep plate, add egg and salt. Mix well and slowly add flour to the resulting mixture. The dough is ready when it stops sticking to your hands and feels elastic to the touch. Place it in a plastic bag and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Let's start filling. Take minced meat and add finely chopped onion to it. Pepper and salt the minced meat to taste. Mix the filling thoroughly and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
While the dough and filling are infusing, prepare the vegetable frying. Cut the carrots (into strips), onions (in half rings) and fry in oil for a couple of minutes.

Then add garlic, tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Add spices and salt to taste. Place the vegetable mixture in a thick-bottomed pan or deep roasting pan and add a small amount of any broth or water. Simmer for a couple of minutes.

Now the dumplings themselves. Take the dough and roll it out very thin. The thinner the layer, the tastier the dumplings will be. Place the minced meat on the dough and distribute it over the entire surface. Next, roll the dough into a roll and carefully pinch the edges. Cut the roll into circles about 5 cm high. Pinch the circles from the bottom and place them in a roasting pan on top of the vegetable bed. Close the lid and simmer them over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

Lazy rosette dumplings are ready. Fast and original!

What you will need for the meat filling:

600 g minced meat
300 g onion
Salt, ground black pepper to taste

For the test:

450 g flour
0.5 tsp. salt
240 ml water

For the vegetable sauce:

250 g onion
240 g bell pepper
130 g carrots
350 g tomatoes
300 ml water
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Let's prepare the meat filling. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.

Add to minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Let's do the test. Mix flour, salt and water together and knead into a soft, elastic dough. Cover with film and let it rest on the table. If you knead the dough in a bread machine, you can work with it right away.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer, like dumplings. Do not roll out the dough all at once, but divide it into parts. Cut the rolled out layer of dough into ribbons 6-7 cm wide and 20 cm long. On each ribbon, not reaching the edges on all sides by 1 cm, place a thin layer of meat filling.

Fold the ribbon of meat in half lengthwise and press lightly with your hands so that it flattens in the place where the minced meat is located. But do not glue in the place where we did not put the filling. Roll the meat strip into a log shape. Pinch the edge and pin the corners to the curl so that it does not unwind. Do the same with the remaining strips of dough.

Let's prepare the vegetable sauce. Peel and wash the vegetables. Grind in a meat grinder.

Place the chopped vegetables in a frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes. I simmered without oil in a non-stick frying pan.

Place the vegetable sauce in an ovenproof dish. Add water and salt to taste.

Place the prepared meat rosettes into the sauce. Leave some distance between them. The sauce should reach almost to the very top of the meat curls. If there is not enough sauce, add more water.

Place the form with the strudles in the oven and cook at 190* for 30-40 minutes. The oven should be preheated and place the pan on a baking sheet. What if it starts to spill out?)))

Bon appetit!

My family really loves dumplings, but sometimes you get so tired of making them that you don’t even want to make them. A neighbor at the dacha said that in order to get rid of monotonous modeling, she figured out how to make “lazy dumplings.” As it turned out, everything ingenious is simple, she doesn’t make a lot of dumplings, but makes a few, but what kind ones. To be honest, the first time, it was even a pity to eat such beauty, but now I make them almost constantly. Try it and I hope you like it.

  • Minced meat – 300 gr.,
  • Egg – 2 pcs.,
  • Spices to taste
  • Ketchup – 2 tbsp.,
  • Flour – 150-200 gr.,
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Cooking method.

First we will prepare the dough for our dumplings. To do this, beat 2 eggs into a deep bowl and add 1 glass of water, mix everything well.

Now add sunflower oil, salt and sifted flour.

Oil will give the dough greater elasticity and elasticity. Mix all our ingredients and form the dough. We should get an elastic dough that should not stick to our hands.

Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour and roll out our dough thinly. Then cut out circles using a glass or mold. Advice: make a lot of circles at once, this will save time.

Now put 4 or 5 circles on top of each other and spread the minced meat on top. I will say that I immediately had ready-made and fully seasoned minced meat, if you don’t have it, then cook it yourself. Your minced meat should consist of meat, onions, carrots and garlic.

Now we attach our filling. Do not add a large amount of minced meat, otherwise you will not get a rose.

We twist the dough with minced meat and form a bud.

We put our flowers in a deep and heat-resistant bowl.

Pour water into a deep plate and add ketchup and spices and mix well. Ketchup can be replaced with tomato paste.

Pour the sauce over our roses and put them in the oven. Oven temperature 180 degrees. Bake our dumplings for 40 minutes. Advice: Watch carefully so that all the sauce does not evaporate, otherwise the dish will turn out a little dry.

Serve the finished dumplings along with sour cream.

Bon appetit!
