    Open pie with apple jam

    Ingredients:

    • vanillin;
    • salt - half a teaspoon;
    • sugar – 85 g;
    • raisins – 65 g;
    • flour – 520 g;
    • apple jam – 550 g;
    • dry yeast – 5 g;
    • yolk – 4 pcs.;
    • butter – 120 g;
    • warm milk – 250 ml.

    Preparation:

    1. Pour yeast into 250 g of flour.
    2. Add a tablespoon of sugar to the milk.
    3. Pour milk over flour.
    4. Mix.
    5. After twenty minutes the dough will rise and increase in volume.
    6. Mix the rest of the sugar with the yolks. Add some salt. Add vanillin. Mix.
    7. Combine with the remaining flour. Stir.
    8. Pour in the dough.
    9. Knead.
    10. Rinse the raisins. Sprinkle with flour.
    11. Add to the dough. Knead.
    12. Melt the butter. Pour into the dough.
    13. Place in container.
    14. Cover with a bag. Place in a warm place.
    15. After 1.5 hours the mass will increase.
