Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Let's start by preparing the ingredients for our sandwich pizza. First, we need to cut the ham, cut it into circles on a cutting board using a knife, we need 8 such circles for the recipe, of arbitrary thickness, as you like.
Next, open the can of pineapple with a can opener, take out slices of canned pineapple, we need about 6 slices and cut them into small pieces.
Then we move on to the cheese. Cut the moceral cheese into 6 slices of arbitrary thickness.
We grate hard cheese on a grater with small holes. And transfer the resulting loose mass to a plate.

Step 2: form the sandwich pizza.


Grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil using a brush. We cut the rolls in half according to thickness, but not all the way, leaving a couple of millimeters so that it can close. Transfer them to a baking sheet. Using a teaspoon, brush both surfaces of the bun with marinara sauce.
Next, place 4 slices of ham on one of the halves, in this case the right one.
Place chopped pineapple pieces on them. And sprinkle the left half of the sandwich, which we previously greased with sauce, with grated cheese.
And the final stage, mozzarella cheese. Place 3 slices of cheese on the pineapple slices. We form the 2nd bun in the same way. This is where the formation of the sandwich pizza ended. Let's move on to baking.

Step 3: bake sandwich pizza.


Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven to temperature 180 - 200 degrees. Bake unwrapped for approx. 10 minutes, during this time the cheese will melt, and the bun will brown and acquire a beautiful crust.
Turn off the oven, take out the baking sheet and put the sandwiches together.

Step 4: Serve sandwich pizza.


Sandwich pizza must be cut into slices and beautifully placed on a plate. This pizza will pleasantly surprise your friends, who will eat this dish in no time. It should be served hot, with freshly brewed tea or coffee; it will also be nice to wash this sandwich down with your favorite juice. A simple, but very tasty and satisfying dish is ready. If you don't have marinara sauce, you can substitute regular marinara sauce, although it will slightly change the flavor of the dish.

The bun can be replaced with a regular loaf. We cut the loaf along the thickness, then cut the resulting 2 parts in half, and cut off the part where the top of the loaf was in order to get a more even surface.

To prepare such sandwiches it will take no more than 5 minutes of your time, and the oven will do the rest. The filling of mini-pizzas turns out juicy, and the base is tender and crispy. Ingredients

To prepare Mini Pizza sandwiches in the oven you will need:

baguette (or loaf) - 8-10 pieces;

boiled sausage - 100 g;

cheese "Russian" - 70 g;

tomato - 1 pc.;

mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.;

ketchup - 1 tbsp. l.;

dill - 1 sprig.

Cooking process

In the realities of modern life, sometimes there is absolutely no time left to prepare a delicious breakfast, and such a delicacy can quite justifiably become a favorite “quickly” dish.

In this case, we suggest using the most common ingredients, which are almost always found in any refrigerator. However, don't be afraid to experiment, add something else, or replace one product with another. The main thing is not to change the three main ingredients: loaf, sausage (meat), cheese. To prepare mini loaf pizza in the oven, you will need the following products:

  • Classic loaf – 1 pc.;
  • Tomato – 2 pcs.;
  • Smoked sausage – 50 gr.;
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr.;
  • Any ketchup – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Any fresh herbs - a little for decoration;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. heaped spoons;
  • Salt.

Peel the sausage from the casing, cut into thin slices or strips.

Cut the loaf into portions, no more than 1 centimeter thick, and fry in a dry non-stick frying pan until a light crispy crust forms.

Also, pieces of bread can be pre-dried not in a frying pan, but in the oven. To do this, place them on a dry baking sheet and dry at a temperature of 160-170C for about 5-10 minutes.

In a mug, mix mayonnaise and ketchup with a teaspoon in the amount indicated above, then spread on the loaf. Place sausage on top, as well as tomatoes, cut into thin slices.

You can add salt to taste, although all ingredients contain salt, so be careful not to spoil the dish.

Sprinkle the mini pizzas with grated cheese and bake at 180C for several minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

P.S.: Fried or marinated chopped champignons, ham, and olives can be an excellent addition to the filling.

  • Hard cheese – 150 gr.;
  • Boiled sausage (can be replaced with smoked sausage, ham, even sausages) – 150 gr.;
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Ketchup or tomato paste – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Salt.

In a bowl, whisk ketchup, mayonnaise and egg.

Cut the sausage into very small cubes (according to the photo).

Grate the cheese on a grater with large or medium holes - this will allow the cheese to melt a little longer when baking, and the bread will thus be crispier due to the increased cooking time.

Mix the sausage, cheese and egg mixture as shown in the photo.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the baguette pieces on it. Carefully place the filling on the bread, bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cooked.

Option 3: mini country-style pizzas

The highlight of this recipe is pickled cucumbers, which create a specific, piquant, interesting taste. In this case, ketchup will be replaced by lecho, due to which bell pepper appears in the filling. Ingredients:

  • Boiled sausage – 150 g;
  • Semi-hard cheese – 150 g;
  • Pickled cucumbers – 100 g;
  • Lecho – 100 g;
  • 1 onion;
  • Mayonnaise – 70 g;
  • Sliced ​​loaf – 1 pc.
  • Finely chop the sausage, cucumbers, and onions into cubes of equal size.

Add grated cheese, lecho, mayonnaise to the previous ingredients. To soften the sour taste of pickled cucumbers, you can add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. Gently mix the filling, using a table boat, spread it onto the pieces of bread.

Transfer the workpieces to a baking sheet or wire rack, bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes at t=200C (depend on the properties of your oven for the time). If you cook on a grill, it is better to use the “air grill” mode, if available.
