First you need to prepare the main ingredient - apples. We wash the fruits under running water and, using a special vegetable knife or a regular one, remove the peel. Then we transfer them to a cutting board, cut them in half and remove the core with the seeds. Next, cut the apples into cubes approximately the size of 1 centimeter. And after that, put them in a deep plate or other container. In a small cup, mix vanilla extract and water. Set the prepared mixture aside.
Next, turn the stove temperature to medium and place the frying pan on the burner. Take the butter out of the refrigerator, cut off a small piece of it and place it on the bottom of the pan. Distribute it evenly, and when it is completely melted, add the chopped apples. Fry them for 5 - 7 minutes, then reduce the temperature of the stove and add sugar.
Mix everything with a kitchen spatula so that the sugar is evenly mixed with the apple pieces. And after that, pour in the starch mixture. Then mix everything again and fry the apples until the juice appears.
Once the liquid begins to thicken and the mass looks like jam, turn off the heat. Using a kitchen spatula, transfer our filling to a deep plate or other container.

Step 2: prepare the dough.


Sprinkle a flat surface with a small amount of flour. We take two test sheets out of the package. Afterwards, we flour the rolling pin and begin to roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, no thicker than 4 millimeters. Then, using a knife, cut the layer into squares with a side of 7 - 8 millimeters. And put them aside. Next, roll out the second dough sheet in exactly the same way. We cut it into squares and proceed directly to the formation of pies.

Step 3: form the pies.


Using a teaspoon, spread the filling onto the test square, slightly shifting it from the center to the side.
Then we connect two opposite corners diagonally. Forming a triangular pie.
To prevent our filling from leaking out, we need to seal the edges. To do this, pinch the edges of the formed pie with your hands. Next, we trim these edges with a knife or other equipment to give the baked goods a more beautiful appearance. After all the pies are formed, all that remains is to bake them.

Step 4: bake the pies.


Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Afterwards, place the pies at some distance from each other so that the yeast dough can rise easily during baking. Ingredients:

Apples – 8 pcs. In general, the more apples, the better;

Flour – 1 tbsp;

Sugar – 1 tbsp;

Baking powder – 2 tsp. If you don’t happen to have it, then baking soda quenched with vinegar will fully replace it.

Butter.

Cooking time – 1 hour 10 minutes.

Cooking method:

1. Grate the apples on a coarse grater or chop them finely.

2. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.

3. The dough in this case will be a mixture of sugar, semolina, flour and baking powder.

6. Set the “Baking” mode and cook for 60 minutes, and then another 50 minutes. We do not turn the pie over.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry can be prepared according to this budget recipe: water and vegetable oil - one glass each, flour - 3-4 glasses, a pinch of salt.

Apples – 7-8 pieces.

Cooking time – 45 minutes.

Cooking method:

1. Pour vegetable oil into the water, add some salt and add flour. Knead the dough like you would for dumplings and roll it into a rectangle with a rolling pin. The resulting rectangle must be folded in four several times and rolled out again. At the end of the process, place the dough in the refrigerator under the freezer for half an hour.

2. Peel the apples and cut them into slices.

Ingredients:

Lemon – 1 pc.;

Apples – 3 pcs.;

Egg – 1 pc.;

Apricot jam – 4 tbsp;

Frozen puff pastry - 1 layer.

Cooking time – 20 minutes.

Cooking method:

1. Place a baking sheet in the oven to preheat at 190 degrees.

2. Squeeze lemon juice.

3. Cut the apples into thin slices, put them in a bowl, pour in lemon juice to prevent them from darkening and add 2 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon to taste. Mix everything well.

4. Roll out the dough on a silicone mat. Place a plate with a diameter of 26 cm on the dough and trim off the excess. We take a plate with a smaller diameter of about 23 cm and pass it along the edges, without cutting through the dough, i.e. make a mark.

5. We lay out our apples in a circle, without going beyond the edges of the mark.

6. Beat the egg with a fork and grease the edges of the sides without touching the apples. Pierce the edges of the dough with a fork so that the dough rises and creates sides for the pie.

7. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Spread apricot jam on top.

Tricks and tips for making apple puff pastry pie

1. In order to defrost the dough, sprinkle the surface of the table with flour and place the dough on it. To prevent it from winding, cover it with a towel or put it in a bag.

2. Don’t forget to grease the surface of the baking pan with oil so that the dough can come out better.

3. Cut the apples into thin slices and small pieces so that they are well baked.
