This dessert made from boiled rice will come to the rescue when you need to get rid of leftover porridge or feed your children unloved cereals. A big advantage for housewives is that leftover boiled rice is suitable for the recipe. You will need these ingredients:

  • milk – 500 ml;
  • rice – 230 gr;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • raisins – 50 gr;
  • salt – 1 pinch;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • breadcrumbs – 10 gr.

You will need only 1.5 hours to prepare a healthy and unusual dessert. This amount of food is enough for 6 servings, you can reduce it if necessary. The pudding is prepared like this:

  • rinse the cereal, place it in a cauldron for cooking, and fill it with water;
  • bring to a boil, simmer over moderate heat for 10 minutes, then drain;

  • cook for about 30 minutes, stir constantly, then wait until it cools completely;
  • preheat the oven to 180°C;

  • rice - 300 g
  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 head
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • soy sauce, sugar, fried sesame seeds, green onions, spices - to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying
