Add the mushroom slices to the saucepan and sprinkle with 2 pinches of salt. The salt will draw the liquid out of the mushrooms and they will fry faster - within 15 minutes.

3. Cut off all the films from the chicken fillet and rinse it in water, dry it with paper napkins and cut it on the side to the middle, and then open it like a book. Beat only on the soft side with a special hammer, but carefully so as not to tear the meat, otherwise all the filling will leak out of it during baking.

4. Place fried mushrooms and onions on the beaten fillet - about 1 tbsp. l.

5. Then grate hard cheese on top of the mushroom mass on a fine grater - it will melt faster and bind the filling to the fillet. You can also use soft cheeses, but not too salty ones.

6. After this, gather the edges of the chicken fillet, turning it into a bag and pin it on several sides with wooden toothpicks or halves of skewers. In the same way, we will assemble the remaining pieces of chicken fillet, filling them with filling and grated cheese.

The simplest, but very tasty salad is best served in portions. An amazing and at the same time very simple salad of shrimp and avocado, served either on green leaves or in portions in bowls. It is remarkable for its combination of shrimp fried in oil and white wine with soft and tender avocado.

  2. Avocado – 1 pc.
  3. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
  4. Oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  5. Green salad – 20 g.
  6. White wine – 25 ml.
  7. Soy sauce – 1 tsp.
  8. Olive oil – 1 tsp.
  9. Mustard – 1 tsp.
  10. Honey – 1 tsp.
  11. Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.

It is much more convenient to eat salads served in portions, so I advise you to prepare at least one in bowls for each guest for the festive table. For example, from crab meat with oranges. If you can’t buy crab meat, you can get by with crab sticks.

  6. Lime juice or mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.

Nowadays, pineapple on the fruit shelf of the store is a common thing, so we choose a large ripe specimen or several very small ones and prepare a citrus salad in pineapple. Its crust with a beautiful exotic green tail will serve as a plate for us. Cut the pineapple pulp itself into cubes and add all the fruits we find in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  1. Pineapple – 1 pc.
  2. Tangerines – 4 pcs.

Each New Year has a symbol according to the Chinese zodiac. This time we are celebrating the year of the white metal rat, so the decorations on the New Year's table are associated with it. Place the usual Winter salad in a heap on a large dish, and then, showing your imagination, start adding ears, paws from simple boiled sausage - in general, everything to make the dish look like a rat. It's not difficult at all, but it's creative and fun.
