  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2-3 potato tubers
  • 1 onion (preferably red)
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g mayonnaise

  • 0.5 tsp sunflower oil
  • ground black pepper

Preparation:

To prepare you will need:

  • 1 kg rabbit meat
  • 0.75 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup broth or water
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • ground black pepper
  • fine salt

Preparation:

Wash the rabbit thoroughly and cut into portions. Pour filtered water and leave to soak for 1 hour. Chop the onion, chop the garlic, fry in refined oil directly in the multicooker bowl. Add the meat to the vegetables and fry until an appetizing crust.

Rinse the pork tenderloin well with running water, make cuts about one centimeter wide, without bringing the knife all the way through. The result was a kind of accordion. Preparation:

Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, then add coarsely grated carrots to it and fry together. Add minced chicken and meat seasonings to the vegetables, mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Pass the garlic through a press and place in the frying pan. Place tomato paste there and pour in tomato juice. Then add black pepper and salt. Mix well and simmer with the lid open until the moisture evaporates for 10-15 minutes. Let the filling cool. Prepare the cheese - grate it coarsely.

Prepare the sauce in a separate bowl. To do this, bring the milk to a boil, add the bay leaf and nutmeg. Turn off the gas and let it brew for 10 minutes. Melt butter in a frying pan. Gradually add flour to it, stir and fry for 5 minutes over low heat. Pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly, not allowing lumps to form and the sauce to boil. Cook until thickened. Then let it boil, add a little salt and turn off the heat.

Divide the sauce into approximately 5 equal parts, the cheese into 4, and the chicken filling into 3 parts. Grease the pan with oil, pour in the sauce (1/5 of it) and lay out three lasagna sheets, placed end to end, in one layer. Study the information on the packaging first - the sheets may need to be boiled before use. Place the prepared minced meat (1/3 part), pour over the sauce and sprinkle with cheese (1/4 part). Repeat twice according to the same scheme: dough sheets, minced meat, sauce, cheese. Place the remaining three sheets of dough on top, brush with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees, then remove from the oven and leave for 15 minutes. After this, you can cut and serve in portions with tomato juice.

Add minced meat (preferably fatty) to it; its volume should be approximately the belly of the stuffed fish. Finely chop 1 large onion and sauté in sunflower oil until golden brown. Also take a large carrot, peel it, grate it on a medium grater and lightly fry it. Mix the minced meat, onion, carrots, loaf and season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the pike as well as the head, having previously removed the gills. Sew the head to the body of the stuffed pike.
