  • sugar - 175 gr.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 140 gr.

  • milk - 100 ml
  • cocoa - 4 tbsp.
  • dark chocolate, cut into pieces - 50 g.

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 160º. Grease with butter and cover the bottom and sides of a rectangular narrow shape with long strips of parchment paper.

2. Using a mixer, beat soft butter and sugar until a light-colored air mass forms.

3. Add eggs, flour, ground almonds, baking powder, milk, cocoa into the resulting mass and beat until a dough of homogeneous consistency is formed.

4. Stir in the chocolate pieces and pour the dough into the prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.

5. Cool the chocolate cake in the mold. Then transfer to a plate. Chocolate cake can be decorated with white and milk chocolate, melted in a water bath: using a teaspoon, make zigzag patterns of white and then milk chocolate on the surface of the cake.

Any chocolate is suitable, that is, each of us chooses according to our taste. I added milk chocolate with pieces of nuts to this cupcake. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Add the chocolate to the dough and gently stir with a spoon so that it is evenly distributed throughout the dough. Add vanilla essence and stir the dough.


Pour the resulting dough into a silicone mold, which should first be placed on a baking sheet. There is no need to lubricate the mold with anything.


Sprinkle walnut pieces on top of the dough.


Place the pan in the oven until done, about 45 minutes. The readiness of the cake is indicated by a ruddy color and a dry wooden stick. Take the finished cake out of the oven and keep it in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the cake from the mold and place it on a plate.
