  6. If you don't eat all the soup and add the noodles to it in advance, it will become soggy. Therefore, you should not add it right away. Serve the noodles separately.

Making chicken noodle soup doesn't take much time at all. Even if you cook the noodles yourself. It's delicious, nutritious and yet simple. But, as you can see, you can experiment with this soup by serving it with rice noodles or soy sauce. Give room to your imagination in the kitchen, you both will love it.

To prepare the broth, place the chicken in cold water (I boiled the whole chicken). You need to put the chicken in cold water so that during the cooking process the meat releases all its juices and the broth turns out rich. Add 1 peeled onion and 1 peeled carrot to the pan with the chicken (I also add 1 diced peeled potato so that it boils well in the broth and the soup becomes richer, but you don’t have to add it). Place on the fire, after boiling, remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes (until the chicken is cooked).

We take out the chicken meat and cool it.

Add peeled and diced potatoes to the broth.

When the potatoes are almost ready, put the fried vegetables in the broth, add salt to taste and at the moment of boiling, add the egg noodles.

Let the soup brew for about 10-15 minutes and serve along with boiled chicken.

I serve the chicken, brushing it with garlic passed through a press, salt to taste and finely chopped herbs.

Chicken noodle soup with potatoes is hearty and very tasty. The whole family will surely like it.
