For the Champs Elysees salad we will need the following ingredients:
- chicken eggs
- smoked sausage (you can use ham, it will also be delicious)
- cheese (I have Russian cheese, you can take another)
- fresh cucumber
- fresh tomatoes
- mayonnaise

Of all the products, you only need to boil chicken eggs, so preparing the salad will not take much time.
The products are laid out in layers, so we will prepare each of them separately.
Boil chicken eggs hard, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Cut fresh cucumber into strips.

We will also cut the smoked sausage into strips.

and tomatoes.

Now we begin to assemble the dish. We will gradually lay all the products in layers, but you need to leave a small amount of each ingredient to decorate the salad.
