Place the pearl barley in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Pour 400 ml into a deep roasting pan, add cereal, add about 5 g of table salt.




Place the roasting pan on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat. Place pork stew in boiling water with pearl barley, add 2 bay leaves. I don’t recommend putting all the fat out of the jar; it will turn out to be an overly high-calorie dish.
