After the required time has passed, in my case after 1 hour, turn on and preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. Then, using a clean knife, peel the vegetables indicated in the recipe. We rinse them thoroughly under water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, place them on a cutting board and continue preparing. We chop the potatoes into rings, wedges, slices, or cut each fruit into 4–8 pieces, the main thing is that the thickness of the piece is average, something between 2–3 centimeters.
Chop the onion into rings, half rings, strips, or in the same way as the previous vegetable. Transfer the slices to a clean deep bowl, season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and the remaining marinade of sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix everything with a tablespoon until smooth and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Place the ingredients in the sleeve.


Using kitchen scissors, we cut the required piece about 50 centimeters long from the baking sleeve, spread it on the countertop and tie it on one side with a special clip that comes with it in the set. Then place the marinated chicken, back down, in the middle of a kind of bag. Carefully spread the cut breast apart and place vegetables seasoned with sour cream and mayonnaise mixture there. We close the sleeve on the other side with another clamp, leaving no gaps, turn it over and place it on a non-stick baking sheet so that the chicken is on the potatoes, now during cooking they will be soaked in the fat of the bird and it will turn out very tasty.

  • Head of garlic.

  1. Pour oil into a bowl, add seasonings, stir. Take half a head of garlic and crush the cloves into a paste. Stir the mixture.

The recipe is indecently simple, I don’t even calculate the number of ingredients, I just use it by eye. And I take any vegetables. This time I took out a ready-made frozen mixture from the store.

Take:

  • Chicken thighs – 8 pcs. (about a kilogram).
  • Potatoes – 6 pcs.
  • Vegetable mix.
  • Champignon mushrooms.
  • Seasoning for chicken.
  • Mustard - spoon.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Salt.

The vegetable bag contained green beans, carrot slices, leeks, green peas and mushrooms. I found some pumpkin and zucchini in the freezer, so I added everything to the vegetables.

Place the marinated ingredients in a sleeve and tie it. Make several punctures to allow steam to escape. Send to cook for half an hour at 180 o C.

Then take it out and cut it as in the photo. Turn the oven to maximum temperature and bake for another 15 minutes until beautifully browned. I didn’t succeed too well, because the family was sitting hungry and loudly knocking their spoons.

Ovens have their own individual characteristics, so I recommend checking the dish for readiness in several places on the oven. I was in a hurry and forgot to take this moment into account. Therefore, the potatoes were damp at one end. I had to return the sleeve to the oven and turn it the other way.
