Preparation

Grind flour thoroughly with butter. Dilute the yeast with warm milk, pour into the mixture of flour and butter. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous. Roll out the prepared dough into a circle with a diameter of about 30 cm, place in a greased pan, slightly raising the edges.

Spread the cheese mixture in an even layer, put bananas cut into circles on top, and cover with blueberries. Grease the edges of the dough with oil. Sprinkle blueberries and bananas with chopped nuts and granulated sugar.

Place the pan in an oven preheated to medium temperature and bake for about 40-50 minutes.

FRUIT AND BERRY PIZZA

Compound

Ready shortbread dough - 300 g.

For the filling: butter - 1 tablespoon, brown sugar - 1 tablespoon, apples - 2-3 pcs., raspberries - 1 cup, blackberries - 0.5 cups, apricots - 8-10 pcs., lemon juice - 1 teaspoon, cinnamon - 1 teaspoon.

Preparation

Roll out the dough into a flat cake and make a low edge around the edges. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and place the dough on it. Prick the dough with a fork in several places. Cover with foil and place a weight on top (for example, peas or rice). Place the baking sheet with the dough in the oven for 15 minutes. Cut the apples in half, remove the core and cut into semicircles. Cut the apricots into quarters. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add chopped apples, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon to the butter and fry until the sugar turns into a sticky caramel mass. Place apples, raspberries, apricots, and blackberries on the finished flatbread. Bake in the oven for about 5 - 7 minutes.

SWEET PIZZA WITH STRAWBERRY AND MASCARPONE

Ingredients: 320 g flour, 1/3 tbsp. brown sugar, 2/3 tbsp. margarine or butter at room temperature, 2/3 tbsp. whipped cream, 230 g mascarpone cheese or cream cheese, 3/4 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. chopped lemon zest, 4 tbsp. strawberries, chocolate.

Preparation

In a bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Stir in margarine or butter until the resulting dough crumbles. Place the dough in a flat baking dish, approximately 30 cm in diameter, and press it tightly. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes until the dough turns light brown. Let the base cool completely.

Before serving the pizza, beat the cream with a mixer on low speed. Add mascarpone cheese or cream cheese, lemon zest, and powdered sugar and continue beating until mixture becomes fluffy.

Spread the cheese mixture over the surface of the cooled base. Place sliced ​​strawberries on top. If desired, you can decorate the top of the pizza with grated chocolate.

FRUIT PIZZA

Compound

For the dough: 1 cup (heaped) flour; 2 eggs; 2 tbsp sugar; 150g butter.

For the filling: 3 ripe pears; 1 cup raspberries; 300 g grapes; 4 tbsp. l. honey; 150 g sour cream; 3 - 4 tbsp. chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios).

Preparation

Prepare the puff pastry, roll it out thinly and place it in a greased pan with low edges. Remove cores from pears and chop finely. Cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds. Mix pears, raspberries and grapes and place in the pan with the dough. Then pour in honey and sour cream. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the pizza. Bake in a hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

PIZZA WITH KIWI

Compound

For the dough: 1 cup flour; 2 - 3 tbsp. l. Sahara; 140g butter; 1 egg (yolk).

For filling: 10 pcs. kiwi; 1 cup heavy cream; 150g powdered sugar; 2 eggs; 50g cognac.

Preparation

Pre-cool the butter, chop finely, add the rest of the ingredients and knead into an elastic dough. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then roll out and place in a baking dish. Prick in several places with a fork, cover with foil, and place beans on top as a weight. Place the pan with the dough in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, remove the weight and foil, and let cool.

Peel the kiwi and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Place the kiwi on the dough so that the entire surface is evenly covered. Beat the eggs in a bowl, gradually pouring in the cream, add half the powdered sugar and cognac. Pour the resulting mass through a strainer onto the kiwi. Place the pizza in the hot oven for another 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Serve warm.

PIZZETTA WITH CHOCOLATE AND PEACHES

Compound

Ready-made puff pastry without yeast for 6 servings

For the filling: 3 peaches (halved, pitted), 50g butter plus extra for greasing, 2 tablespoons dark rum, 2 teaspoons light brown sugar, 100g milk chocolate (broken), 100ml heavy cream.

Preparation

Place the baking sheet in the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees.

Grease an ovenproof dish with butter and place the peaches cut side up. Place half a dollop of butter over the peaches. Sprinkle with rum, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and increase the temperature to 220 degrees.

Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll each on a floured surface into a circle 10 cm in diameter. Transfer the dough circles to a hot baking sheet. Place a peach half on each circle of dough and pour over the juice from the mold.

Bake for 15 minutes until the pizza is browned.

While the pizza is baking, stir the chocolate, cream and remaining butter in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth.

Transfer the mini pizzas to small plates and top with chocolate sauce. Serve warm.

Hello Sunday everyone! The weekend is coming to an end, and I have another portion of yummy food for you. Oh, I love experimenting in the kitchen, especially with. So, we will bake sweet pizza with banana and prunes. For this we need:

  • pie dough 500 g;
  • 4 small bananas;
  • 150 g prunes;
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • Canned fruit (peaches or pineapples).

There is no cheese in this photo, but it is the main ingredient! Don't forget about him! Now about canned fruit: if you add pineapples to pizza, they will be a little hard, so it is better to use soft fruits, such as peaches. But I did it differently. By the way, I bought ready-made pizza dough - pie yeast dough. Because I didn’t want any unnecessary fuss. So, first of all, wash the prunes well. Then cut it into small cubes. Like this:

Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Something like this:

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or place baking paper. We distribute our dough in the shape of a circle on a baking sheet. Place prunes in the first layer, then bananas, then pieces of canned fruit. Three cheeses on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Sprinkle the first half of the grated cheese on the pizza. We will leave the second half of the cheese for the future. We will need it later. Pizza at this stage looks like this:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, then turn off oven, but do not remove the pie. After a couple of minutes, open the oven and pull out the baking sheet, sprinkle the pizza with the remaining cheese. Close the oven for another minute. All!     Mix cookies with butter. First, while the oil is liquid, it is convenient to do this with a fork.
  3. Then, when the butter is completely mixed with the cookies, the mixture must be kneaded with your hands. The resulting mass is similar in consistency to plasticine
  4. Prepare the mold and put baking paper in it
  5. Place the dough on it and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes
  6. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 - 220 degrees
  7. After the dough is taken out of the freezer, put it in the oven for 5 minutes
  8. The second layer of sweet pizza is a layer of cream. It’s better (and cheaper) to make protein cream. You can take both creamy and sour cream, in principle, variety and creativity are always welcome

My watermelons are normally cut in this position in some kind of spirals and generally tend to crack, so to cut an even puck, it is better to first mark a cutting line on the skin with a knife, and only then start inserting the blade to a greater depth.

Some fruits need to be peeled (melon, kiwi) or pitted (peaches, cherries, grapes).

We have already cut the grapes to remove the seeds. We cut the cherries crosswise into rings, the kiwi into pucks, the peach into slices or whatever comes to your mind, fresh coconut, if used, into cubes (and the manufacturer has already cut the shavings or flakes for you).

Preparing dessert

In order for the fruit pizza, the photo of which is presented above, to correspond to the original, it is important to strictly adhere to the recipe.

Add butter, sugar, vanilla and zest to a container with high sides. Beat using a mixer. Add eggs one at a time, continuing the process. Sift flour into a bowl, mix with baking powder and salt. Combine two containers and knead until smooth. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the dough, level it to the edges, cover with a sheet of the same paper. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Divide the chilled dough in half, send one part back (can be used to prepare numerous desserts), roll out the second, and place on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150-160 degrees, bake the fruit pizza base for 15 minutes until the crust appears rich golden brown. Remove and wait until completely cool.

Beat the cream soufflé and cream cheese with a mixer until thick and homogeneous. Apply an even layer to the prepared dough. Peel the fruit, cut into slices, place in a circle, filling the entire space of the pie. Place the berries in the cream in a chaotic manner.

Cut the dish into slices and serve with tea, coffee, and refreshing drinks.

Pizza without milk and eggs

A fruit pizza recipe with photos will diversify your everyday diet and become an original addition to the holiday table. The dish is seasonal and requires fresh fruits and berries to prepare it.

Main ingredients:

  1. Butter - 150 g.
  2. Sugar - 70 grams.
  3. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon.
  4. Salt - ¼ teaspoon.
  5. Premium flour - 350 grams.
  6. Banana - 2 pieces.
  7. Whipped cream - 200 grams.
  8. Fruits, berries - to taste.

Turn on the oven. The required temperature for baking fruit pizza is 170 degrees.

A few hours before starting work, remove the butter from the refrigerator until it reaches a soft consistency. Mix with sugar. Peel the bananas and add to the ingredients described above. Beat with a blender until smooth.

In a separate container, mix flour, soda and salt. Add the dry mixture to the wet cream mixture, stirring constantly. Start kneading the dough. When finished, it should not be steep or clogged. Form a thin layer (no more than 1 centimeter in thickness), level it with your hands or a rolling pin. In the classic version, fruit pizza is round, however, it is possible to create a rectangular dish.

Prepare a baking sheet, grease a little with butter (you can use either butter or vegetable oil). Lay out the cake. By this time the oven will have warmed up to the desired temperature. The optimal baking time for pizza is 10 minutes. The dough should brown a little.

Remove the finished cake, transfer to a paper towel, and cool.

Grease the cold base generously with whipped cream, place slices of fruits and berries on top, previously washed and separated from the peel.

To pamper yourself with a bright tart in the cold winter, it is important to prepare more of the main ingredient - fruit. Most of them safely survive being in the freezer for 4-5 months and retain their original taste.
