How to choose the right wings

The taste of the dish depends on how fresh the meat is. Therefore, when purchasing, you need to pay attention to its external characteristics:

  • the wings of an ordinary chicken are about 12 cm in size, larger ones indicate that the bird is fed with chemical additives;
  • the product should be pale pink in color, free of stains and blood;
  • yellowish skin color indicates that the meat has been lying on the counter for a long time;
  • the meat should not be sticky to the touch;
  • a smell without any mustiness or acidity indicates a fresh product.

Basic rules for cooking in the oven

The cooking time for meat in the oven depends on the marinade chosen and the duration of marinating. If the wings have been soaked for more than 2 hours, the baking time will be reduced.at 10-15minutes.

The meat is placed in a preheated oven from +150 to +230 degrees, cooked for an average of 20-50 minutes.

To make sure that the dish is ready, you can use a knife. To do this, you need to open the oven and pierce the meat. If the knife goes in smoothly and there is a crust on the chicken, you can safely turn off the oven.

  • chicken wings 530 g

Knead the entire mass with your hands so that the spices are evenly distributed.

Combine tomato paste with honey until smooth.

Remove the husks and dry ends from the garlic and place under a press.

Add garlic to tomatoes with honey, stir.

Pour the mixture onto the wings, knead everything again with your hands. But then it is very important to wash your hands thoroughly so that there is no problem with the chili pepper.

Leave the wings to marinate for twenty minutes.

Heat a frying pan over a fire, pour in oil.

Place the wings in hot oil and fry them over high heat until golden brown on all sides.

Then reduce the heat, cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the meat for thirty minutes.

In half an hour, the meat needs to be turned several times to ensure an evenly fried dish.

  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Ketchup - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Seasoning for chicken meat - to taste

The wings need to be cleaned of any remaining feathers, rinsed in water, dried and placed in a prepared container. Then you need to salt and pepper them to taste, sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Mix everything well.

  • carrots - 1 piece;

Wash the wings and remove the water with towels. Cut along the joints into 3 parts.
