  • zucchini – 1 pc.;
  • minced meat – 450 g;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • semolina – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper, oil.

Preparation

  1. Grate the zucchini, add some salt and squeeze out the juice after 10 minutes.
  2. Add minced meat, chopped onion, semolina, seasonings, salt, mix, leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Form cutlets with moistened hands, dip in flour or breadcrumbs and fry on both sides.
