  • Boil 2 eggs separately, mash with a fork and add to the puree;
  • Finely chop the green onions and also mix with the already prepared mixture;
  • Heat the baking dish a little, grease it with sunflower oil, put a layer of potatoes, and a layer of minced meat on it. You can sprinkle grated cheese on top;
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 ºС.

An alternative way to layer: a layer of potatoes - a meat layer - another layer of potatoes. Brush the top with beaten egg. Cover the mold with a lid - if there is none, make do with foil.

If you don’t have an oven, you can cook the casserole in a double boiler or slow cooker. In this case, laying is carried out on a sheet of foil, which is then carefully wrapped so that the meat juice does not leak out. In this case, it takes 40 minutes to prepare the dish.

Stuffed tomatoes

The dish is prepared quickly, the taste is interesting, and you can even serve it when guests arrive - the result looks very beautiful.

The most delicious tomatoes are made with ground beef. Poultry meat lacks a little “taste”, and spices are not added to dietary dishes in large quantities.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large tomatoes;
  • 100 g minced meat;
  • 20 g hard cheese;
  • bulb;
  • greenery.

Preparation:

  • The minced meat is steamed with the whole onion - the onion is then thrown away;
  • The tomatoes are washed, cut, and the pulp is scooped out with a spoon, making indentations;
  • Some of the pulp is removed - it can then be used to make a tomato for sauce - the rest is mixed with the meat and put back. Sprinkle grated cheese on top;
  • Vegetables are baked in the microwave for about 5 minutes, in the oven for 10-15.

When serving, the dish is sprinkled with herbs, and low-fat sour cream is served with each serving.

Meat Soufflé

A special feature of preparing soufflé is that the meat is turned in a meat grinder several times. The consistency should be absolutely homogeneous. You can bring the dish to readiness in several ways - in a double boiler, slow cooker or oven.

The most delicate soufflé is steamed.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of lean meat;
  • bulb;
  • garlic clove;
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream;

Preparation:

  • First, the meat is turned several times with onions and garlic in a meat grinder,
  • Then the minced meat is put into a food processor and whipped together with sour cream,
  • Then the mold - it can be made from foil - is greased with butter, the finished mixture is laid out there, closed tightly with a lid or sealed with foil,
  • It is baked in the oven at 200 ºС for about 40 minutes, and cooked in a double boiler for about an hour.

You can first boil the meat until half cooked, and only then make minced meat from it. In this case, heat treatment requires half as much time.

Who said that a dietary dish means tasteless? Prepare and realize that losing weight can be fun!
