Don't forget about bright skewers. With their help, you can attach a vegetable sail, a cheese tree, etc. to sandwiches or tartlets.

You can cut out decorations for children's dishes from vegetables and fruits, draw sauces on ready-made treats, and also sculpt various fairy-tale characters from processed cheese and other suitable products.

How to set the table for a child's birthday?

Set the table for children's day birthday party, you can follow the standard scheme - put out all the treats at once and place plates with cutlery next to them for little guests. But it’s much more convenient for kids when treats are freely available. Then you will be able to run up to them at any time during the game and have a snack.

For example, with this option, you can put portioned treats on small plates and place them on a common “ Buffet».

The main thing is to make small portions “one bite” and do not forget about large quantities napkins.

The table should be decorated in a themed style. For example, make it pirate, cowboy, etc. Special sets from the holiday accessories store will help with this. They immediately include plates, glasses, tablecloths and napkins with bright patterns.

Features of creating a menu for a child 1 year old, 2-3 years old, 5-6 years old, 10 years old

Inviting children to your home for a holiday different ages, first of all, you should ask their parents if their little guests have allergic reactions to any foods.

Perhaps a mother categorically forbids her child to eat some dishes. Such points must be taken into account when creating a menu.

  • For one-year-old babies the best treats will become fruit purees in sealed packages that are convenient to eat without the help of adults, as well as chopped apples and bananas large pieces, baby cookies without chocolate or other additives. As drinks it is worth offering natural juices, And plain water in individual bottles.
  • For children aged 2 - 3 years, you can already put on the festive table vegetable puree as a side dish, serve baked poultry without seasonings and sauces, original cutlets, nuggets. The best dessert There will be homemade yoghurt cakes, assorted fruits and berries.
  • At 5–6 years old, in addition to all of the above, children are already willing to eat salads, try different kinds meat, any desserts. The main thing is to minimize the number of them hot spices, and instead of mayonnaise in snacks, use sour cream or unsweetened thick yogurt.

Ten-year-old and older guests will probably already boldly try all the treats served. Therefore, it is enough to clarify their taste preferences in advance or try to prepare something universal that will definitely appeal to all young gourmets.

Menu for a child's birthday should be compiled in accordance with the age of the guests and their preferences. All dishes should be tasty, colorful, healthy and balanced. Kids will definitely love the original presentation.

In order to avoid troubles, parents who are organizing the holiday need to find out from the parents of their young guests whether any of them are allergic to certain foods, sweets, or drinks.

It is also necessary to take into account that children are not very neat at the table, they do not like to sit in one place for a long time and prefer simpler, familiar dishes to various unknown delicacies.

And it is not necessary to prepare many dishes, there may be several of them, but they must be distinguished by their originality. For example, you can put it in crispy baskets from shortcrust pastry and garnish with vegetables.

It is also worth considering the idea of the holiday. If this is, for example, the dishes should correspond to the theme.

1. There should be no spicy, salty, or too fatty dishes on the table. Try to exclude fried foods and snacks with lots of mayonnaise, pepper, garlic, and smoked foods.

2. You should not experiment with salads: introduce new components and add too many ingredients. Remember that children prefer traditional dishes that are familiar to them.

3. If children are very young, exclude from the menu bright fruits and vegetables that can cause allergies.

4. If you prepare fish dishes, it must be thoroughly cleaned of bones.

5. No carbonated drinks. Only juices, compotes, uzvars, mineral water.

How to organize a holiday so that the children remain well-fed and happy?

We present to your attention a menu for a child’s birthday (recipes with photos):

1) Sandwiches

This is a great ingredient menu for a child's birthday . I will not dwell on this dish in detail, since we have two articles devoted to it on our website:

But I want to note that when making sandwiches, it is advisable to use ingredients familiar to children and decorate them beautifully.

2) Festive canapés

Children really like canapés because they are tiny in size and easy to use thanks to the skewers. Canapés are being prepared from various products: vegetables, fruits, berries, cheese, eggs, champignons, sausages, etc.

Let's take a closer look at how to prepare canapés.

For example, canapes with sausage and tomatoes

Ingredients:

- 1 baguette of black grain bread;
- 200 g boiled sausage;
- 1 sprig of small tomatoes;
— 150 g processed cheese;
- a bunch of lettuce leaves;
- parsley.

Preparing canapés:

Cut the bread into slices and spread with melted cheese. Place a lettuce leaf on each slice.

Fold thin slices of sausage into quarters and pierce them with a skewer, placing a small sprig of parsley inside. Cut the tomato in half and stick it on a skewer.

Canapes with boiled pork and cucumber

Ingredients:

White bread;
- boiled pork;
- butter;
- olives;
- dill;
- cucumbers.

Preparing canapés:

Cut the bread into triangles, grease butter. Place the boiled pork. Cut the cucumber into longitudinal slices and thread onto skewers. Garnish with olives and dill.

3. Holiday tartlets

To make holiday tartlets, I buy molds in the store and prepare the filling myself. It can be meat, vegetable, fruit or fish salads, pates. The molds are filled with salads and decorated beautifully.

4. Hot dishes

As for the side dish, as practice shows, you shouldn’t cook it a lot. I suggest doing potato mushrooms. To do this, you need to boil the potatoes in their jackets and cut out mushroom-shaped pieces from them. Lubricate them sunflower oil, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven.

Another dish that children love is pizza. I make two types of pizza:

— with chicken and champignons;
- sausage.

I most often buy pizza preparation. I lubricate her homemade sour cream and children's ketchup. And then I finely chop either the boiled sausage or chicken fillet and champignons. Rub on top coarse grater hard cheese and decorate with slices of tomato, pepper, olives, and sprigs of herbs.

To prepare shish kebab, chicken fillet (boneless) needs to be cut into cubes and marinated.

Marinade: 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream or kefir, 2 tbsp. spoons of lean or olive oil, 3 tbsp. spoons lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste.

Mix everything and season the meat. Add onion, cut into pieces. But you shouldn’t string onions onto skewers - many children don’t eat them. It is needed to taste and soften the fillet.

Place the marinated meat in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.

Thread the fillet pieces onto skewers. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown crust on a large amount of vegetable oil.

5. Sweet table

Setting a children's table for a birthday or any other event has its own characteristics, rules and even trends. For example, in recent years, candy bars and themed table decorations have become fashionable. Let's figure out how to arrange a magical and bright holiday for your child at home with your own hands: what to treat little guests, how to decorate a festive table and/or candy bar, and also how to manage everything and fit into the budget.

10 tips for mom

So, to organize and decorate a children's holiday table, you need:

1. Choose a theme or style

Children have great imagination, which is why thematic children's party is doomed to success - your baby and his friends will be happy to plunge into the magical world of, for example, their favorite cartoon. And it will be easier for you to come up with colors, decorations, a child’s outfit and holiday attributes.

  • It is better to choose the theme of the holiday together with the hero of the occasion, and if you are sure of his preferences, then a themed birthday can be a wonderful surprise.

There are a lot of themes for children's parties, here are three groups of the most popular themes:

  1. Themes of cartoons, films and books. For example, it could be the classic “Alice in Wonderland” or “Cinderella”, or it could be the modern and very popular “Frozen”, “My Little Pony”, “Harry Potter”, “Smeshariki”, “Minions”, etc. For examples of this type of party design, see the following selection of photos (scroll through).
  1. Topics of interesting professions and areas of activity. These could be: scientists, ballerinas, pilots, astronauts, firefighters, farmers, detectives, etc. You can also focus on your child’s hobbies - does he like to draw, sing, dance, read, is interested in animals, history, geography, etc., All hobbies can be used to decorate a children's table.

  1. Topics from different historical eras and cultures of the peoples of the world. This could be the design of a children's table, stylized on the theme of Indians, Vikings, medieval knights, pirates, etc.

On the other hand, it is not very easy to comply with the chosen theme in everything and oblige guests to dress up in certain outfits, so you can simply choose some interesting motif (hearts, stars, stripes, etc.), style and color palette.

2. Maintain the color scheme

Regardless of whether you want to have a themed birthday party or just decorate the table beautifully, you need to maintain a certain color scheme of 2-3 colors - this very condition is almost the main secret of successful table setting. Ideally, all elements - from napkins to drinking straws - should match the selected shades.

3. Choose a suitable room and prepare furniture

  • A children's party at home can be held in the children's room, living room or kitchen.

  • If you want to set up a candy bar, then a chest of drawers, a coffee table, or a mobile serving table can serve as a table. You can place it in front of a window or in a corner if there is not enough space.

  • If the size of the room allows, then you can divide the guests into two companies and set two tables - one for parents, the other for little friends.

4. Hang ceiling and wall decorations above the table

You need to decorate not only the table itself, but also the space around it. Almost all the decor can and should be done with your own hands:

  • A garland with the words “Happy Birthday!” or the child's name;
  • Paper decorations: colored pompoms, flowers, figures, stars, hearts, etc.;
  • Background for a table or candy bar made of paper or fabric, etc.

5. Choose suitable dishes for sweets

You will need to prepare:

  • Plates and cutlery;
  • Shelves for sweets and fruits;

  • Glasses. Instead, you can use cans and bottles of a suitable size, for example, from under baby food. They should, of course, be decorated and filled in advance;

  • Cake tray (cake stand);

  • For a dessert bar you will need dishes and trays for treats.

Tip: for reasons of safety, economy and beauty, use disposable tableware - paper or hard plastic. You need to try to find it in a certain color, but if you don’t find it, take universal white sets.

6. Make an elegant tablecloth

There are no requirements for a festive tablecloth for a children's table other than compliance with the chosen color scheme. Therefore, it is not necessary to buy high-quality finished goods and spend time on neat sewing.

  • A tablecloth for a candy bar can have a slight overhang or be floor-length. This kind of banquet can be made literally in 1 evening from taffeta, organza, mesh or packaging film. To fix and drape the fabric, in addition to sewing, you can use a stapler, glue web or just tape as shown in the photo on the right.

  • For the holiday children's table you can lay a colored disposable tablecloth or oilcloth, which is now easy to find in regular stores;
  • The most ordinary White tablecloth, which is in every home, can easily be creatively modified. You can simply lay on it an elegant runner of the desired color, a colored disposable tablecloth, or. On next photo You can get some ideas.

7. Make or buy decor for serving and treats

Decorations for a children's holiday table play a very important role, and you can also make them yourself from scrap and natural materials.

  • Vases;
  • Under plates;
  • Napkins (paper, not textile);
  • Decorations for tubes, skewers, spoons, etc.;
  • Decoration for cake and desserts;
  • Various table decor, including themed ones;
  • (can only be used for decoration; candles should be lit with caution).

Here are some ideas you can take note of.

8. Create a menu and find suitable recipes

A birthday for children is a celebration of the belly, when the table is covered with their favorite sweets and not-so-healthy goodies. Your task is not only to brightly decorate the dishes, but also to serve them in a form convenient for children: in mini-formats, in glasses, boxes, in the form of canapés, on skewers, on sticks and in tartlets. And most importantly, don’t overdo it – kids don’t need a lot of food while having fun.

Here is a list of dishes from which you can create a menu:

  • Sweets (for the main table or candy bar): cupcakes, donuts, eclairs, pancakes, cookies, macaroni, gingerbreads, cake pops (glazed sponge balls on sticks), lollipops, marmalade, marshmallows, gingerbreads, beautiful sweets and, of course well, cake. Sweets can replace/supplement fruits, berries and nuts in the form of canapés, sliced or with yoghurt in a glass. The photo below shows an example of decorating cupcakes and fruits for a pirate party.

  • Second: baked potato with stuffing inside, fries, nuggets and mac and cheese are more likely to be eaten.
  • The children's table can be set only with snacks: spring rolls, pies, small sandwiches, mini sandwiches and burgers, crackers, salads in tartlets.

9. Decorate the chairs

Chairs can also “participate” in the creation of the holiday. To do this, they can be decorated, draped, tied with a bow, tied with a ball, hung with decorations, name plates or any thematic attributes.

10. Prepare memorable gifts or compliments for guests

If desired, in memory of the event, prepare mini-presents or compliments for guests and place them on snack plates as shown in the photo below. These could be carrots with sweets, toys or attributes that match the theme. For example, tiaras for princesses, magic wands for fairies, blindfolds for pirates, pipes, caps, etc., that is, something that children can immediately use and then take home.

And the last piece of advice is to start preparing for the holiday as early as possible, then you will have more time to make your own decor, search for and “rehearsal” recipes, etc. So, if you want to organize a party with a candy bar, then you should start preparing 6-2 months in advance, depending on the size of the table. Well, that's all, we wish you pleasant creative troubles, creative ideas and their successful implementation!

It’s a stretch to call a child’s first birthday a children’s holiday - most often it’s just a sincere family feast, which makes sense to be filled with all sorts of touching moments.

I looked through hundreds of articles describing 1 year birthdays, and I can conclude that there are well-established traditions for this occasion. All the scenarios are too similar...

I can’t write a universal script for such a case, so I’ll sketch out, as usual, a few interesting ideas, and you choose for yourself.

How to decorate a room for a 1 year old child's birthday

Firstly, it is the baby’s first birthday that cannot be done without balloons, so take inspiration from my article .

Secondly, A large decorative number “1” or the first letter of your child’s name on such a day is not just a decoration. This significant characters in the life of a little man. Here are 50 pictures.

Third, I am an opponent of family photographs against the backdrop of furniture, wallpaper and curtains. .

My children have already grown up, but I suddenly thought that at one year old I would have decorated the room something like this: the sun (a large yellow ball), clouds from bunches of blue and white balls, grass and flowers from long sausage balls and inflatable animals in this colorful forest...

If you are in Moscow,
I will be happy to offer our services for decorating an apartment with balloons. These will be wicker figures, fountains, “rainbows”, wonderful grass with flowers. Anything! Call the phone number in the site header! .

Ready-made paper decorations

It’s fashionable and accessible now, but you can’t describe it in a few words. All decorations are quite LARGE. If you're interested, I have collections of pictures and decorating tips in these articles (follow the red links):

I wish you pleasant viewing (click on the red words):

Large

Paper multi-colored

And here's another

Do you know what forfeits are?

Garlands, caps, whistles and balls

Fortunately, all this can be bought ready-made, the topics are very different. Let your guests wear funny caps, hang the inscription “Happy Birthday” on the wall, put bright napkins on the table, and stick peaks in the form of clowns, umbrellas or flags in the sofas.

Photo madness

Young parents usually take a lot of photographs of their child under one year old. We use these photos to decorate the holiday and entertain guests.

When I was preparing to write an article, I looked great amount hand-made wall newspapers that mothers designed for their one-year-old children. Amazing imagination and golden hands, you can easily find the pictures.

Here are ideas for wall newspapers:

  • a train and 12 carriages with a photograph of each month of a child's life
  • palm tree showing height and weight
  • the carriage in which the birthday girl rides
  • starry sky (naturally, all photos are cut out in the shape of stars and the birthday boy is in the rocket)
  • a balloon on which the hero of the day flies
  • photo in the center of the flower, in the egg (instead of the chicken)
  • 12 photos of a child on a watch dial
  • film with frames
  • calendar (photo of each month)

For me personally, designing a wall newspaper is too time consuming, so I make computer photo presentations.

Presentation topics:

“Everyone is 1 year old!” (find photos of yourself, photos of your brothers and sisters, photos of your parents, uncles and aunts with only one-year-old children). Firstly, it's fun, and secondly, it's easy to find out who looks like whom. For example, here’s how my husband’s nephew looks like his uncle (40 years between photo sessions).

"How I grew up"(here collect the best shots from the maternity hospital to today)

Another option to impress your guests!

I’ll say right away that it took me a LOT of time to create such a tree, but not only I, but also everyone who was directly involved in the birth of my Katyusha, was happy with the result. I found a photo of great-great-great... who were born in the 19th century seven generations ago. From experience I can advise: do not take photos of brothers and sisters! Nobody's! Here it is important to gather exactly those relatives, without whose participation your child would not have been born.

Just imagine, two families (from mom and dad’s side) united in one branchy tree thanks to a little man... I’ll say right away that I don’t have a template, I drew it in Photoshop from scratch. IN ready-made version there are also oak leaves. I removed them so that it would be easier for you to see the essence of the tree. Relatives of the same generation are connected by thin lines, it’s clearer this way.

Here’s something a little more expensive: souvenirs are ordered with the baby’s image (some of it goes towards gifts and prizes for guests): key rings, cups, T-shirts, plates and pillows, calendars and notepads. By the way, you can simply enter the child’s name into the finished design.

Another option that will delight all guests is posing on a rocking horse. Hint to your relatives, let someone give the baby such a gift (by the way, the tradition dates back to the time of Peter I, on such a horse the prince was jokingly dedicated to the military commander of all Rus'). My son looks so impressive! Photo from an old phone, sorry for the quality :-).

Fashionable candy bar

If you find a place in the room that the baby can’t reach, I highly recommend decorating a holiday sweet table. There are color options for boys and girls. Of course, we won’t offer any of this to children, but it’s so beautiful... You can easily find many examples of thematic design specifically for the first birthday. .

It is both a decoration and a treat. If you are in Moscow, call us, we will do everything in the best possible way :-). Here are examples of our decorator's work ( general design And candy bar in one style):

Birthday scenario 1 year

You can start with the “official part”. It's always interesting to know who famous people born on this day. For example, on September 2, in addition to my son, Valentin Gaft, Proklova, composer Andrei Petrov and the brilliant Leonov were born. And Keanu Reeves is also nice. This information can be played up: “Vova probably has a great acting future...”

And Galileo Galilei, Savva Morozov and Mikhail Naryshkin were born on the same day with their daughter Katya. This already smacks of ingenuity and entrepreneurship...

All interesting information You can find out about the day your child was born at http://www.calend.ru/. (Just find the day you need in the calendar on the left. By the way, guests will be interested to know about themselves, entertain them too).

The most solemn part

As you can imagine, a long feast is tiring for a baby, and taking pictures of toast looks quite tedious. My suggestions: to preserve the memory of the event for many years, wait until the child is happy and well-fed, take him in your arms and stand in the center of the room. We will place all the guests around with a beautiful candle in their hands (symbolizes 1 year of the child’s life and is simply heartwarming). Point the camera at the first guest, he says a laconic congratulation and blows out the candle. Move the camera to the next congratulatory person.

This is a chance to shoot a beautiful family video and listen to all the wishes in a condensed version. Let some famous melody played in the background, arranged for kids (bells). In my opinion, any song from “Beatles for Babies” - Yesterday is very suitable, for example:

The child will look at the candles and the moment of blowing out with interest. By the way, later, when you need to blow on the candle on the cake, he doesn’t need to explain anything :-). The only thing left to do is help, since you still won’t have enough strength to extinguish it on your own.

Choir and orchestra

I offer a soulful rendition of the song “Sleep, my joy, sleep.” Turn on karaoke, hand out “musical instruments” to all guests: spoons, rattles, bottles, rustling baby food packaging, and so on. What the child used all year. The main thing is that objects can produce a muffled sound.

During the performance of this song, people begin to imitate the famous moment from the movie "Garage", giving out charming echoes and breaks. The baby, naturally, also needs some kind of “rattler”.

Folk dance

For some reason, it seems to me very important on such a day to emphasize the connection with our ancestors, and guests of all generations immediately perk up and leave their place at the festive table for the fiery national dance.

Let the child in the arms of an adult be inspired by “Barynya”, “Lezginka”, “Hava Nagila” or “Gopak”, whichever is closer to you. Both the adults have fun, and the little ones stomp a couple of times to time-tested folk hits.

And if you are not too lazy to do folk costume in the size of a one-year-old dancer… it will be unforgettable!

or this dance...

I still won’t forget the tears of tenderness when, in the first minutes of celebrating the girl’s birthday, I turned on Antonov’s song “Anastasia”, and in front of all the guests who had just sat down at the table, a wonderful couple appeared - a young handsome dad with a baby in his arms in slow dance:

The distance of life has opened wide for me,
You appeared, more beautiful than spring.
Birds in the sky chirp: “Nastya”,
The herbs echo: “Anastasia.”

Yes, the girl is named Anastasia, she is already finishing school, but everyone remembers this moment!

Not every name has a song, but since then the presenters simply turn on the “slow song” to which the couple dances: mother and son, father or grandfather with a girl, sometimes an older brother (if the difference is 15 years, and this happens). You get the point. This must be HORRIBLE! Goosebumps and all that...

Let's laugh a little

I admit, I found this collection on VKontakte, I don’t know the author, but if it turns up, I will be happy to indicate the name of this witty person on the site. The person imagined what topics would be on the forum if it were organized by children under one year old. My guests found it very funny, and I, of course, tried to read it as artistically as possible.

These are the kind of topics that could be on a forum for children under one year old :-):

  1. “He’s trying to feed me cauliflower: how should I react?!”
  2. “I haven’t pooped for only 2 days, how can I save myself from a tube, Duphalac, an enema, etc.?”
  3. “What do you think of the Chico-Polly chair?”
  4. “A trip to the local clinic. It's boiling"
  5. “My naked butt pictures are on the Internet. How to deal with this?
  6. “Titya is separated from her mother - is this possible?”
  7. “Do they kiss you on the butt?”
  8. “Suggest a speech therapist for grandma”
  9. “How many phones have you already sucked?”
  10. “How to learn to sleep without releasing your breasts? As soon as I fall asleep, it falls out.”
  11. “What position to take in a dream so that everyone at home looks and is touched. Let's share our experience"
  12. “They wash it every day. Are there any others just as dirty?

Artist

For this moment, it is better to remove the child’s festive outfit.

Prepare beautiful frame for a future masterpiece. Apply a thin layer of finger paint onto 3-4 saucers (disposable plates work too) different colors to get high-quality prints of a child's hand. Help dip a pen in paint and make an imprint on a piece of paper. Once dry, invite guests to write their names.

Changelings

This is an old and quite fun entertainment, so it’s quite possible to invite guests to guess fairy-tale characters and the names of the most famous fairy tales that suffered from semantic inversions:

  • "Green Socks" - "Little Red Riding Hood"
  • "Penza Artists" - "Bremen Town Musicians"
  • "Pierrot's Calm" - "The Adventures of Pinocchio"
  • "Big" - "Thumbelina"
  • “Light berry” - “Scarlet flower”
  • "Penguins-Ostriches" - "Geese-Swans"
  • “Soup into a saw” - “Porridge from an ax”
  • "Vanya and the Hare" - "Masha and the Bear"
  • “Girl with a leg” - “Boy with a toe”
  • “One-color fish” - “Ryaba Hen”
  • "Sunny King" - "Snow Queen"
  • “Dog Shelter” - “Cat House”
  • "Mouse in the Hat" - "Puss in Boots"
  • "Copper Bird" - "Goldfish"

Fortune telling and predictions

First, I propose to hold a competition among the guests “What will the birthday boy become” (meaning profession). We write down all the assumptions. And now old tradition Place household items in front of your child that symbolize their occupation. Here, for example, is what my imagination was enough for:

  • Money (you can have a photocopy of a banknote) - financier, economist, accountant
  • Brush - famous artist
  • Book (notebook) - famous writer, poet, journalist
  • Photo frame - fashion photographer
  • Jar of vitamins - doctor
  • Comb - makeup artist, hair stylist
  • Beautiful little thing (mirror, figurine) - interior designer
  • Keys - builder, designer
  • Machine - automobile business
  • Sweetie - pastry chef, cook
  • Spoon - restaurant business
  • Seal (children's stamp) - lawyer, judge, notary
  • Lighter (preferably empty) - fireman
  • Flashlight - policeman
  • Glasses - scientist, researcher, teacher
  • Computer mouse - programmer
  • Toy dog - veterinarian, trainer
  • Telephone (toy, naturally) - businessman, leader
  • Doll dress - fashion designer
  • Pistol (toy tank, shoulder strap) - military

The guest who is closest to the correct answer wins. Prize for him!

You can also give out comic tasks. Print out pictures of cars, houses, vacuum cleaners, televisions and sets of pots. Invite each guest to draw one card with the words: “ I will give him (her) a wedding gift…. car"!

Vase for memory

It's time to leave a memorable collective souvenir for the baby. Buy a plain white ceramic vase with no design and markers for porcelain and ceramics. Pass the vase around the circle right at the festive table. Let guests leave their wishes, signatures and small drawings. The vase can be replaced with a separate white cup, plate or tray.

I bought special markers for decoration; they are available in large office supply stores.

Cake

Well, everything should be traditional here, the 1st birthday at this moment is similar to all the other 99 :-). Song, let's blow out the candle. You can turn on the Barbarikov song: “Happy Birthday” for the background.

Of course, you want the cake to be the most original, beautiful and delicious. Confectioners usually say, “we’ll make any cake,” and you and I spend hours on the Internet, flipping through pictures in search of an interesting idea.

Now in every city there are pastry shops that offer absolutely fantastic stories, you just need to find them!

Gifts for guests

My sister gave out these chocolates to everyone:

She gives everyone a template. Enter any name, insert a photo of the child in Photoshop, and the file can be downloaded on my Yandex Disk (the file is in layers, will only open in Photoshop.

This is all! If I remember anything else, I'll add it! Happy birthday to your baby! Let him be happy!

P.S. By the way, have you already figured out what to give?

The first birthday is a special holiday not only for the baby, but also for the parents. A whole year was left behind, spent together and completely changing our lives. The hero of the occasion is still too young to understand the significance of this day and he will not at all like excessive fuss. Therefore, the holiday will be organized mainly for parents and guests. And the birthday boy and his invited peers need to provide comfortable conditions so that the kids don’t cry or be capricious.

How to arrange a first birthday

It is best to organize the holiday at home; the environment familiar to the child will be the most suitable. To create a festive atmosphere, the house needs to be decorated. You can prepare interesting wall newspapers with photographs of the baby or colorful collages in advance. And in the very central place on the wall, place a bright congratulatory inscription. Helium balloons will also be a great holiday accessory. They will definitely please the guests and will not leave little ones indifferent.

Despite the fact that the birthday boy will not yet be able to explain to his parents what kind of birthday gift he wants, his choice should be taken responsibly. It is advisable to think in advance about what will surely please the baby. This could be an interesting, educational toy, a soft doll or a large colorful book. You shouldn’t buy things “for growth”; the invited guests will probably take care of this themselves.

How to decorate a table for a children's birthday

The festive table is one of the main moments of a birthday. If you think in advance about how to decorate the table for a 1 year old child’s birthday, you can buy these pleasant trifles, How:

  1. A beautiful tablecloth, preferably paper or oilcloth. It is better to abandon the usual plain tablecloth with ruffles, because a children's holiday requires colors and bright emotions. Therefore, large peas on a bright background or an image of cartoon characters will be very appropriate;
  2. Bright themed napkins, matched to the tablecloth;
  3. Dishes, ideally disposable. Firstly, no one can break it, secondly, you can choose the most suitable color and images;

Party hats that can be left in empty, arranged plates, which are sure to tempt a guest to try them on. You should also buy a cap and a festive bow tie for the birthday boy, which will come in handy at least for the duration of photo and video shooting.

Festive table menu

The table menu will mostly depend on who is invited to the holiday, because the diet one year old baby quite monotonous. Therefore, it is best to focus on guests. And for the birthday boy, prepare suitable food in advance.

One of the options for serving food could be a kind of buffet. Favorite salads can be portioned into tartlets, and fruit can be served in waffle cones or cups. Many varieties of canapés made from vegetables, cheeses, meat and seafood will be not only tasty, but also a bright addition. For main course, mini-kebabs on skewers are ideal. With such a serving, even invited children, older than the birthday boy, but no less capricious, will not go hungry.

The main dish of a birthday party, of course, will be cake. In order to save time, you can buy a ready-made one, but making it yourself cannot be compared with any other. An excellent decoration would be mastic, which can not only cover the entire cake, but also make various figures. Before serving the cake, there must be a one in the center, symbolizing the first important step baby in life.

D The birthday of a child, and especially the first, should be a bright, memorable event. And if you think through everything in advance, the preparation process will bring pleasure, rather than stress and worry. Decorating a table for a child’s birthday, even if he is only 1 year old, is an important component of the holiday. And in order to preserve such joyful moments for the rest of your life, you must have a photo and video camera at hand.
