We will need:

  • kefir - 500 ml
  • salt - a pinch
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • soda - 3 pinches
  • vegetable oil -120 ml
  • flour - as much as the dough will take


Cooking method:

1. Pour kefir into the container in which you will make the dough. Add a pinch of salt and stir. If you like it saltier, you can add more than a pinch. Then add sugar to taste, about one teaspoon. Next, add the vegetable oil and mix with a fork.


2. Add flour little by little, mixing thoroughly. Take as much flour as necessary so that it is elastic and does not stick to your hands.

Important! Sift the flour through a sieve at least once.


3. After it becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, place it on the table covered with flour and continue kneading there. You will get a lump like the one in this photo.


4. The next step, take a rolling pin and roll it into a large circle, not thinly, you can even make it thick. Sprinkle baking soda over the entire surface and smooth. Then just roll randomly.


5. And again, using a rolling pin, roll it into a flat cake and sprinkle with soda, roll it up and roll it out again into a flat cake. Repeat step 5 again, a total of about 1 teaspoon of soda will be needed.


6. It turned out to be such a cool ball, ready for the next steps, lay on a baking sheet and bake. 🙂


But don’t rush, it’s better to leave it to lie for about twenty minutes in the kitchen in a warm place, covering it with a cup or towel. Due to the interesting addition of soda, the dough turns out to be incomparable in taste, it even somewhat resembles puff pastry, it’s similar to yeast dough, but it doesn’t take much time to make it, in general, try it.

Pizza dough without yeast in 5 minutes

The next option is also simple, I would say easy to make due to the baking powder. It turns out very light and tasty, and most importantly fluffy.

Moreover, if it suddenly turns out that there is no yeast, sour cream, kefir or milk at home, then just in this case you will open this page and surprise everyone! After all, this recipe is based on water.

We will need:

  • flour - 400 g
  • water - 1 tbsp.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • vegetable olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
  • salt and sugar - 1 tsp each
  • baking powder - 1 tsp


Cooking method:

1. The first step is, of course, flour, preferably choose the highest grade. Add baking powder, salt and sugar to the flour, mix with a spoon.


2. Make a hole in the center and beat in one chicken egg, take groups C0. Add water.


3. Start kneading with a tablespoon. As soon as you see that it becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, add oil. It is recommended to take olive oil.

Important! Olive oil can be replaced with regular vegetable oil.



5. Now transfer the resulting mass into a clean bowl greased with vegetable oil. Divide into 3 parts with a knife, like in this picture.


6. From the proposed amount of ingredients, you should get three pizzas with a diameter of 28-30 cm. The dough is very easy to place on any form, be it glass, ceramic or with a non-stick coating.

Important! When you distribute it into the mold, grease your hands with vegetable oil.

Delicious yeast pizza dough according to an Italian recipe

A universal method that everyone likes, I read and tried to cook it from one culinary forum. It is made from whole wheat flour with fast-acting yeast, just like in a restaurant.

We will need:

  • Mayonnaise of any fat content - 150 g
  • Sea salt or regular salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
  • Yeast - 25 g or 5-6 g dry
  • Flour - about 3.5-4 tbsp.
  • Water - 1 tbsp.

Cooking method:

1. Pour a packet of yeast into a bowl and pour in warm water, let it sit for literally 5-6 minutes until a cap appears. You can immediately add sugar and salt, then the yeast will be better suited.


2. Add mayonnaise, stir very thoroughly.


3. The next stage is well-sifted flour, you can use a regular sieve or a hand sieve, these are in fashion now. If there is not enough flour, add more, it should not stick to your hands.


4. Stir the mixture well and let stand for about 40 minutes (it is better to leave for 1.5 hours) and rise to a warm place. Well, then knead it on the table and use a rolling pin to make a circle or a square, depending on what shape you have.

This is what an amazing dough you will get, soft and not sticky.

2. At first it will stick to your hands very much, but after 5-7 minutes it will go away. Be sure to knead it for as long as possible, this is very important, the whole secret is this, you need to knead it well.

In the case of pizza, this slight difference is not so significant; you can bake with both fresh and dry ones. The main thing is to take the right proportion. Usually 3g. fresh compressed yeast corresponds to 1g. dry yeast. Just in case, read the packaging carefully; the manufacturer must indicate how much flour one bag is designed for.

  • Dry yeast – 1 tbsp. spoon (without slide);
  • Olive oil – 4 tbsp. spoons (2 - for dough, 2 - for greasing the baking sheet);
  • Sea salt – 1 teaspoon.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare a large bowl in which it will be convenient to knead the dough.
  2. Take the flour and sift it using a sieve.
  3. Add salt to the flour and mix everything with a spoon.
  4. Take a small bowl, add water and dissolve the yeast in it (follow the detailed instructions on the label).
  5. Add sugar to the yeast, stir everything and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour.
  7. Start mixing the dough, gradually adding olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle some flour on the countertop and take out the dough. After placing it on the work surface, continue to knead the mass on the table. This will take about 5 minutes. As a result, the dough should be elastic and elastic.
  9. Wash the bowl in which you kneaded the dough. Wipe it dry and lubricate it with oil using a silicone brush.
  10. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a kitchen towel to prevent it from drying out. Place the container in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. The dough can be left on the table.   12. Start kneading the pizza dough using dry yeast, stretching it a little. It should stretch well and keep its shape. Roll the dough into a ball again, cover it with a towel, maybe slightly damp, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  13. Now let's start rolling out. Ideally, everything should be done by hand and not use a rolling pin at all. Place the dough on the table, press it in the center and pull it a little in different directions until it fits the size of the baking sheet. At the edges the level should be slightly higher to form a side. Italians stretch the dough by weight. You can also toss it and stretch it, but it’s not a fact that you will succeed the first time.
  14. Take a brush and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  15. Place the dough in the mold and form a side.
  16. Now take olive oil and grease the entire length of the base (with a very thin ball), then it will not get soggy from the filling. If you use a thick sauce, you don’t need to grease the dough with oil.
  17. That's it, the dough is ready. You can place your favorite filling on it and bake the dish at maximum oven power.

Ingredients:

  • Milk – 1.5 cups;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Butter (butter) – 0.2 kg;

  • Egg – 1 piece.

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the milk, following the instructions on the package.
  2. Take a large container or pan where it will be convenient to knead the dough. Pour the diluted yeast into it.
  3. Beat in one egg.
  4. Add salt first, then sugar. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a fork, whisk or use a mixer.
  5. Sift the flour through a sieve and pour it into the yeast mixture. Knead the dough.
  6. Melt 0.1 kg butter. This can be done as follows: 1) Throw the oil into a hot frying pan or small saucepan until completely melted. 2) Boil water in a saucepan and place a small vessel with oil on top (the water should be boiling). Hot water will melt the butter quickly. 3) Place the oil in a special microwave-safe bowl with a lid. Place the bowl in the oven until the butter is completely melted. Acceptable power 600-700 watts, time 1-2 minutes. It is impossible to provide more precise data, since the devices have different technical characteristics. Next, stir the melted butter into the dough.
  7. Now knead the dough together with the butter.
  8. Move the bowl to a warm place. Let the dough rest for about 3 hours. During this time it will increase significantly in volume.
  9. Once the specified time has passed, remove the dough from the bowl, place it on a floured surface, and knead it lightly with your fingers.
  10. Cut the dough into 3 equal parts.
  11. Melt 100 grams of butter.
  12. Now let's make the dough: 1) Take the first piece of dough and roll it out. The thickness should be about two centimeters. Grease the entire surface with butter. For convenience, use a silicone brush; it will help distribute the oil evenly. 2) Roll out the second piece of dough and place it on the first one. Grease the top with oil. 3) We also roll out the third piece and place it on top. 4) Roll out the cake structure into a long sheet. Its thickness should be about 3 centimeters. 5) Fold the fabric 3-4 times and cut it into 3 parts again. Repeat all steps one through five at least 6 times. Only then will the dough be ready.
  13. Turn the oven on high. Keep the pan in the oven, it needs to be hot.
  14. Take out the heated pan and grease it with oil (you can use butter, vegetable oil, olive oil or margarine).
  15. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and form sides.
  16. Grease the dough with sauce and your favorite filling. Place the pizza in the oven.
  17. Check doneness with a toothpick. Pierce its base; if the toothpick is dry, it’s time to take out the dish.
  18. Pizza made from puff pastry dough is ready. Cut it into portions and serve.

  1. Mix flour with yeast. I add olive oil to the mixture and pour boiled water.
  2. I knead the dough until it is sticky and homogeneous. The pizza dough base should not tear.
  3. I roll it into a ball. Cover the top with cling film and leave for 60-80 minutes. After the specified period, the pizza base will increase in volume and become airy.
  4. I remove the cling film. I'm rolling it out. I make an even circle about 4.5 mm thick and more than 30 cm in diameter. From the taken volume of ingredients, you will get 3 bases for the national Italian dish.

A simple recipe without using eggs or milk. The emphasis is on mixing warm boiled water, sugar and dry yeast. It will take 20-25 minutes of free time to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon,
  • Salt - half a teaspoon,
  • Flour – 1.5 cups,
  • Vegetable oil – 2 large spoons.

Preparation:

Helpful advice. If desired, replace vegetable oil with olive oil.

  1. I pour warm water into a deep bowl. I spread the yeast component and add sugar.
  2. After 7-8 minutes I add salt. I pour in vegetable oil. Add flour in portions (a few spoons at a time).
  3. I carefully and gently knead the pizza dough using a regular tablespoon or a special silicone spatula. Then I mix it with my hands. I carry out the necessary activities directly in the dishes, without putting the mass on the kitchen table.
  4. Cover with a clean kitchen towel. I leave it in a warm place for 12-15 minutes.
  5. In the allotted time, the base will increase in size several times and become elastic and non-sticky. It will be easy to roll out with a rolling pin.
  6. I move on to the process of rolling out the pizza blank. I give it the shape of a circle or square with the same thickness over the area.

Helpful advice. To speed up the “ripening” process, use the “water bath” method. Don't forget to cover the dough base with a towel.

Delicious yeast dough on water in a bread machine

Ingredients:

  • Premium wheat flour – 450 g,
  • Water – 240 ml,
  • Instant yeast - 1 small spoon
  • Table salt – 1 small spoon.

Preparation:

  1. I pour warm boiled water into the bread machine reservoir, add salt and stir lightly until the salt crystals dissolve.
  2. I pour olive oil. I sift the wheat flour. I use a top grade product.
  3. I add instant yeast. You will need 1 small spoon.
  4. I install the reservoir in the bread machine. I turn on the special program “TESTO”. I set the timer for 90 minutes.
