  • 700 – 800 g of meat;
  • 1 can of canned pineapple;
  • 50 ml soy sauce;
  • 100 mg mayonnaise;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • spices.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the washed meat into pieces, beat it, rub it with spices and place it on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the pineapples into cubes and distribute them over the meat layer.
  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, soy sauce and spices. Pour the prepared dressing over the pineapples.
  4. Sprinkle the chops with cheese and bake in the oven for half an hour.

To ensure that the royal dish remains juicy and the cheese melts well, it should be grated on a coarse grater.

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg tenderloin;
  • 150 g prunes;
  • 50 g peeled walnuts;
  • ½ cup sour cream;
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt, spices.

Preparation:

  1. We cut the tenderloin into thin slices, beat each one with a hammer, and rub it well with spices.
  2. Mix sour cream, garlic squeezed through a garlic press, finely chopped nuts and spices.
  3. Grind the prunes into cubes.
  4. Place the meat on a greased baking sheet, season with nut-sour cream sauce, add prunes and crush with coarsely grated cheese.
  5. Bake for half an hour at 200ºC.

With pickled onions

If you add juicy pickled onions to the “royal” dish, the meat will be even more tender, and other vegetables will add interesting shades of taste to it.

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg tenderloin;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 medium, thick-fleshed tomatoes;
  • 50 g mayonnaise;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • salt, vinegar, spices.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix mayonnaise with spices.
  2. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices and brush with sauce.
  3. Cut the onion into rings, marinate in vinegar and water (take in equal quantities). We cut the tomatoes into rounds.
  4. Place the chops on a baking sheet, sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, grease with sauce and sprinkle thickly with cheese.
  5. Bake for half an hour at 200ºC.

  4. Thinly slice the onion into rings.
  5. Place the meat on a baking sheet, onion and eggplant pucks on it. Pour sauce over everything and cover with cheese. This meat and vegetable composition should be baked for 45 minutes at 200ºC.
