3. Drain the water.

4. Add finely chopped dill and garlic, passed through a garlic press. We don’t regret the dill; if you don’t have fresh dill, you can use frozen.

5. Add 2 tbsp. sour cream. You can add butter instead of sour cream.

6. Cover the pan with a lid and stir thoroughly. Do this directly in the pan, just shake it well.
