Chicken dishes have taken one of the main places on the table in our daily lives. I think that there is no family where they do not cook chicken dishes. The variety of chicken dishes is amazing, but I want to cook something tasty and extraordinary to please myself on the holidays.

Today we will cook bon-bon legs and wings, baked in the oven; in my opinion, this is an excellent addition to the holiday table.

Chicken legs bon bon baked in the oven with potatoes

We need:

  • 1 kg chicken drumstick
  • 1-2 medium sized carrots
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. curry
  • Italian or Provençal herbs, optional
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 20 g butter
  • breadcrumbs for dusting the mold

For marinade No. 1

  • 1 orange
  • 1.5 tsp. spices
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, chili pepper to taste

For marinade No. 2 (oven)

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ketchup

Preparation:

1. Wash the shins, dry them on a paper towel and turn them inside out like a mitten. To do this, we trim the skin at the upper end of the leg and separate the meat from the bone, doing this carefully so as not to damage the skin. We also remove the thin bone. At the other end of the leg we cut off the cartilage bone. We do this with all the legs.


2. Prepare the marinade according to option 1. Mix the spices, squeeze the garlic into the spices and squeeze the orange juice into them.

Mix thoroughly and rub the legs with the resulting mixture, soak them in the marinade, cover with a lid and leave for an hour or two to marinate.

3. For the filling: grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until done and then add curry, herbs, bay leaf and simmer for another 3 minutes.


4. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into 4-8 pieces, depending on the size of the potatoes. Salt, pepper, squeeze out the garlic, pour a little olive oil and mix.

5. Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

6. Stuff the legs with the filling: put the minced meat in a “mitten” and cover with meat.

Dip the bottom in flour and place in the mold,


We put the potatoes around, pour the remaining sauce over the meat, and cover with foil.


Important: to prevent the leg bone from burning when we remove the foil, wrap it in foil before putting it in the oven.

7. Prepare the marinade according to recipe 2, mixing all the ingredients.

8. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 - 200 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. 15 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil and grease with sauce according to option 2. Pour this sauce over periodically until the legs are browned. Serve to the table


Bon Bon wings in sour cream and garlic sauce

We need:

  • 600 g chicken wings, large and meaty
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil or sunflower
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste

For the marinade: (for greasing)

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream (mayonnaise)
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation:

According to this recipe, you can prepare wings in two ways: 1st, bake in the oven, and 2nd, deep-fry in oil.

Method 1: bon bon wings baked in the oven

1. Wash and dry the wings as usual. We cut off the lower phalanges of the wing and cut the rest of the wing.



Turn the meat out.


2. Mix olive oil with spices,


mix and coat the wings with sauce, cover and leave to marinate for 30 - 60 minutes.


3. Cover the baking sheet with foil, lightly grease with vegetable oil and place the wings, put in the oven for 20 minutes, the temperature should be 200 degrees.


4. While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce for basting. Mix sour cream or mayonnaise with ketchup and chopped garlic, mix thoroughly.


5. At the end of cooking, remove the baking sheet from the oven and grease the wings with sauce. Place in the oven for another 15 minutes until browned, being careful not to burn.


6. Serve with a vegetable side dish; by the way, it can be cooked on the same baking sheet; the juice remains.

2nd method – deep fried bon bon wings

We need:

  • spices to taste, whatever you like
  • flour, breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 l sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs

For filling:

  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 1 piece zucchini
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 100 g walnuts

Preparation:

1. We cut the wings, as in method 1, but we will use the upper phalanx. We marinate in the same sauce as method 1, you can add your own spices as you like.

2. Finely chop all the vegetables for the filling and simmer in a frying pan until the vegetables are ready. Let it cool down.


3. Stuff the wing with the filling, then bread it in the following sequence: flour - egg - breadcrumbs.

4. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and lower the breaded wing, fry for 4 minutes.


Place in a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

    150 ml soy sauce
    3 teaspoons honey
    2 cloves of garlic

  • First, you need to thoroughly rinse the wings under running tap water or directly in a bowl. To get a crispy crust, they need to be allowed to dry. Do it in a way that is convenient for you. One option is blotting with napkins or paper towels.
  • We will not send them whole to the oven - cut up they will look more beautiful and be more convenient to absorb while eating. So separate them into joints by cutting them with a knife. Let's put the pieces in a saucepan, in which they will acquire that unsurpassed aroma.
  • And now, attention, the sauce! Add garlic to the honey, having previously crushed it in a convenient way (or better yet, with a garlic press), and soy sauce. Mix everything well. Salt and pepper the parts of the wings, place them in the sauce, and set aside - the marinating should last about 5 hours. We need to add an important detail. For this marinade, choose honey only in liquid form. But if this is not the case and your honey has crystallized, it doesn’t matter – just put it in a water bath or microwave for a few minutes.
  • Our next step is to turn on the oven and prepare the baking sheet. Turning on the gas (and we need to heat the oven to 180 degrees), grease the surface of the baking sheet with vegetable oil. After placing the marinated chicken wings on it, put the raft in the oven. There is no need to bake for a long time - about half an hour is enough. But, since the ovens are different, you need to keep an eye on the wings - they can burn. Somewhere in the middle of the process you need to turn the wings over once.

If you are interested in the last factor, when buying these spices in a store, ask the seller, because they have different degrees of spiciness.

    We take:

      800 grams of chicken wings
      Natural yogurt
      2 tablespoons tandoori masala
      2 tablespoons lime juice

  • To prepare this wonderful sauce, you need to mix its ingredients. The mixture of yogurt, lime juice and spices can then be lightly salted.

    You will not find rose petals in this dish, and it acquires its beautiful pale pink color solely thanks to the delicious sauce. To prepare you will need:

    • 1 kilogram of chicken wings.
    • Half a glass of ketchup and mayonnaise.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.

    Recipe

    Wash the wings, rub with salt and pepper. The sauce is made very simply - by mixing ketchup and mayonnaise. After cooking, pour it over the meat, stir and leave for half an hour. Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for thirty to forty minutes at 180 degrees. Simple and very tasty!

    Wings in the oven, marinated in tomato and soy sauce

    You will need:

    • Seven hundred grams of chicken wings.
    • One hundred and fifty grams of soy sauce, ketchup (tomato) and onion.

    For the sauce, mix ketchup, soy sauce and finely chopped onion. Place the washed wings in it. If the mixture does not completely cover the meat, you can safely add more sauce. Place the entire dish in the refrigerator for three to four hours. Then place it in any suitable form and bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees.

    Chicken wings in the oven with blue cheese

    This unusual dish consists of the following ingredients:

    • Five hundred grams of chicken wings.
    • Two or three cloves of garlic.
    • Two hundred milliliters of fifteen to twenty percent cream.
    • One hundred milliliters of soy sauce.
    • One hundred grams of any cheese containing noble mold (Brie, Dorblu, Gorgonzola, Roquefort).

    Recipe

    Mix soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, add wings to this mixture and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Now place the meat on a baking sheet and fry for half an hour at 180 degrees. After that, make the sauce. Mix the cream with the cheese and heat until a smooth, thick mixture forms. Pour this sauce over the finished dish.

    Oven baked wings with ginger

    You need:

    • Half a kilo of chicken wings.
    • One hundred grams of ginger.
    • A couple of cloves of garlic.
    • Pepper and salt to taste.

    Recipe

    Grate the ginger on a fine grater and chop the garlic. Mix these two ingredients and add the washed wings to them. Place the resulting mixture in your favorite baking dish and leave in the oven for forty minutes at 180 degrees. This recipe is different in that the dish is prepared very quickly due to the absence of marinade.

    Fry and bake wings in honey, orange, soy and beer sauces, simmer in Coca-Cola and wrap in bacon.

    • 1 clove of garlic.

    Preparation

    Combine melted butter, chili sauce and seasonings. Pour 2 tablespoons of the resulting marinade into another container. Cut off the tips of the wings, place the chicken in the marinade, stir and leave for half an hour at room temperature.

    The wing tips may burn. Therefore, they are either wrapped in foil or cut off.

    Place the wings on the oven rack and place a baking sheet underneath. Fry the chicken for 10–15 minutes on each side at 200°C.

    Meanwhile, mix sour cream, cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic in a blender. Pour the remaining marinade over the finished wings and serve with Blue Cheese sauce.

    • 3 teaspoons olive oil;
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper;
    • ½ teaspoon salt;
    • 8–10 chicken wings;
    • 4 tablespoons;
    • 2 tablespoons butter;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • ½ teaspoon paprika.

    Preparation

    Mix olive oil, pepper and salt and rub the mixture onto the wings. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 210°C for 25–30 minutes, turning the wings halfway through cooking.

    Place the pan over low heat and bring honey, butter, chopped garlic and paprika to a boil. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should thicken a little. Pour it over the wings and bake them for another 5 minutes until they are lightly browned.

    Ingredients

    • 15 chicken wings;
    • 120 g corn starch;
    • 3 eggs;
    • vegetable or olive oil for deep frying;
    • 100 g sugar;
    • 100 ml white vinegar;
    • 100 g blackcurrant jelly;
    • 3 tablespoons of ketchup;
    • a little butter.

    Preparation

    Place the wings and cornstarch in a plastic bag, seal and shake vigorously to coat the chicken completely in the powder. Beat lightly, dip the wings in them, and then place them in batches in a deep fryer or pan with very hot oil (it should completely cover the chicken). Fry the wings for 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Then place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

    Combine sugar, vinegar, currant jelly, soy sauce, ketchup and lemon juice in a clean saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes.

    Place the wings in a buttered baking dish and top with half the sauce. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Turn over, pour over remaining sauce and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

    • 1 ½ teaspoons salt;

    • 100 g breadcrumbs;
    • 50 g grated parmesan;
    • ½ teaspoon salt;

    • 1 teaspoon salt;

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil;

    • 4 tablespoons of honey.

    Preparation

    Mix pepper, paprika and salt and rub the mixture onto the wings. Place them in a frying pan with heated oil and fry until they are browned on all sides. Remove from heat and pour in a little beer until the chicken is lightly coated. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20–25 minutes.

    In a saucepan over low heat, bring the remaining beer to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add cornstarch and honey and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir cooked wings into sauce.

    • 4–5 large potatoes;
    • salt - to taste;
    • 4 cloves of garlic;
    • 2 teaspoons paprika;
    • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper;

    Preparation

    Peel and cut lengthwise into quarters. Place on a baking sheet, season with salt and add a tablespoon of oil. Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200°C.

    Mix chopped garlic, paprika, pepper, oregano, salt and water. Cover the wings with this mixture and add to the potatoes. Bake for another 35-40 minutes until the chicken is browned.

    Ingredients

    • 10–12 chicken wings;
    • 4–5 tablespoons of soy sauce;
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
    • 180 ml Coca-Cola;
    • a few green onions.

    Preparation

    Wings in soy sauce for half an hour. Then place them in a frying pan with heated oil and fry over high heat until they are golden brown on all sides.

    Pour in cola and remaining marinade. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered. The sauce should thicken slightly. Sprinkle the finished wings with chopped onions.

    Baked chicken wings are difficult to dry out, almost impossible to cook raw, and require a lot of effort to make them tasteless. In a word, spoiling this part of the carcass is as easy as getting gold from lead without the philosopher's stone. To serve crispy and juicy wings for lunch or dinner, you don’t need to closely monitor the temperature in the oven or look for exotic ingredients for marinating. They bake extremely quickly and easily. Prepare your favorite marinade (fortunately most spices and ready-made seasonings go well with chicken), place the bird on a baking sheet and place in the oven. All!     How to bake chicken wings in the oven (simple recipe with step-by-step photos):

    Broiler chicken wings are more suitable for baking. They are meatier and fattier. Poultry has tougher skin and less meat on its wings. There really won't be anything to eat there. This dish is suitable, perhaps, as a snack for beer (instead of dried squid or croutons). Prepare the main ingredient. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. You can even soak it for 30-60 minutes in cold water. Dry. Are there feather stumps? Sear them over a gas burner or pull them out with kitchen tweezers. You can cut off the last phalanx without a twinge of conscience. Also, if desired, divide the wings in half (at the tendon). To make cutting easier, turn the joint out first.

    First place the prepared chicken wings in a colander. And then dry with paper napkins.

    Mix the ingredients. Pour over chicken wings.

    Brush each wing with marinade. Cover the bowl. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Are you planning to marinate longer? Be sure to move the chicken to a cool place.

    Grease a baking sheet or large baking dish with sunflower oil. Place the wings. It is advisable that they occupy one row. This way they will turn out more ruddy and crispy.

    A few more marinade recipes for crispy baked wings:

    • A spicy blend in an oriental style. For a kilogram of chicken you will need 100 ml of soy sauce, 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic and 1 tbsp. l. artificial or natural honey, 3/4 tsp. ground ginger, a pinch of pepper mixture, 50 ml of vegetable oil and table salt - to taste. Peel the garlic. Grind in a convenient way. Heat the honey in a water bath until it becomes liquid. Mix it with soy sauce, vegetable oil (sunflower or sesame), garlic, salt and ground spices. Stir thoroughly. Pour the mixture over the wings. Marinate for 30 minutes to several hours. Honey and soy sauce will bake on the surface of the chicken, resulting in a glossy, appetizing crust. And the inside of the wings will remain juicy and soft.
    • Mustard marinade. For preparation you will need ready-made mustard (3 tbsp.), honey - 1 tbsp. l. deodorized sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l., garlic - 3-4 cloves and a large pinch of salt. The mixture is enough to marinate 600-800 g of chicken wings. Combine all ingredients (chop the garlic first). Rub the wings. Bake in the oven as described in the main recipe.
    • The simplest option is to mix your favorite dry spices with vegetable oil and salt. Dried adjika, marjoram, turmeric, curry mixture, sweet paprika, thyme, rosemary, savory, basil or dried Provencal herbs are perfect for chicken. Add marinade to chicken wings.
