Ingredients:

  1. Herring - 1 piece (fillet);
  2. Butter - 200 g;
  3. Loaf - 1 piece;

For example, you have something lying in the refrigerator for a long time or a little left - all this can be used for a stuffed loaf. It turns out to be a kind of pizza, but the base will be a loaf.

In general, this recipe is quick to prepare; it is better to eat this loaf hot, but you can also reheat it in the microwave. If you take a small loaf for cooking, then simply reduce the ingredients by half.

We will need:
  1. Loaf - 1 piece;
  2. Chicken fillet - 150 - 200 g;
  3. Ham (smoked) - 150 - 200 g;
  4. Tomato - 1 medium piece;
  5. Hard cheese - 100 g;

We cut the loaf lengthwise, but not along the sides, but remove the top of the loaf, cut above the middle. We will need the bottom part, the thickest one.

We also cut the tomato into cubes. If the tomato is juicy, then the filling will be juicy, which is good.

I have been using this recipe for a long time. In fact, I came up with it myself, or rather I thought so. And I called them mini pizzas. And after a lot of time on the Internet I came across such a recipe, but they are called nests. As it turned out.

Well, let's not change the common names, let them be nests. The great thing about this recipe is that we already cut the loaf into portions. Well, you can use absolutely any filling, just like in the recipe above.

But now we will make nests from a loaf of fish, and you can take any fish according to your taste.

If you soak the loaf in milk, then after the oven it will remain soft and tender.

We will need:

  1. Fish fillet - 500 g, any fish;
  2. Loaf - 1 piece (400 g);
  3. Milk - 0.5 l.
  4. Onions - 200 gr;
  5. Hard cheese - 150 - 200 g;
  6. Mayonnaise;
  7. Salt to taste;
  8. Greens - 30-50 g;
  9. Pepper to taste;
  10. Vegetable oil for lubrication.

Step 1.

Finely chop the onion, herbs and fish and mix, salt and pepper to taste. Grate the hard cheese onto a separate plate.

This recipe is my husband’s favorite. It's even easier to prepare. And the method of stuffing is different from the others. The loaf itself should be used with cuts on top, it’s more convenient, a French loaf. It’s better if it’s “yesterday’s”, but an ordinary loaf can also be used.

Ingredients:

  1. Loaf - 1 piece;
  2. Hard cheese - 100-150 g;
  3. Butter - 100 g, softened;
  4. Garlic - 2 - 3 cloves;
  5. Parsley and dill to taste.

Step 1.

Grate the cheese, squeeze the garlic into it, add softened butter and finely chopped parsley and dill. Mix everything thoroughly.

Cut the loaf into an accordion shape. We make cuts deeply, but not completely, leaving about 1 cm.

Knead the dough again for 5 minutes, there is no need to add more flour, it will not stick to your hands. During the process, the dough will squeak a little, this indicates that it has risen well and is enriched with oxygen.

If the dough sticks too much to your hands, add a little flour. Properly kneaded dough should stick slightly to your palms. Grease a tall bowl with butter/vegetable oil and place a lump of dough in it. Wrap the top of the bowl tightly with cling film and leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.

I completed this process in 40 minutes.

Punch down the loaf dough and divide it into four equal parts. We roll each part to the bottom and form a ball. We leave them on a silicone mat greased with oil. Cover loosely with film to protect from chapping.
