Squeeze lemon juice there, carefully so that the seeds do not get in, it will give a pleasant sourness and prevent the drink from becoming cloyingly sweet. Fill everything with vodka, it is important that it covers all the berries completely, and place it on a windowsill or any other warm place for 7 days. Then we strain the tincture from the berries through gauze in two layers into another bowl. And put sugar in the berries, shake well and leave again for 3 days, stirring from time to time with a wooden or plastic spoon. The berry will give up all the juice, the sugar will dissolve and we will strain it again through cheesecloth. You should not crush the berries so that strawberry pulp does not get into the liqueur. And pour water into the remaining berries, mix, thereby washing away the remnants of the precious aromatic and filter. Now we mix all three filtered liquids, stir and leave for another couple of days in the refrigerator.

Strawberry liqueur with vodka Xu Xu

Ingredients:

  • lime – 1 pc.;
  • strawberries – 1 kg;
  • sugar – 320 g;
  • vodka – 550 ml;
  • water – 100 ml.

Preparation

Wash the strawberries well, sort them and remove the stems. Next, you need to grind it in a blender and strain or rub through a sieve. We put this puree in a jar with a volume of at least 2 liters, fill it with vodka and leave it to infuse for 10 days in any warm place. We cook the syrup from water and sugar and add it to the tincture along with lime juice, mix and put it in the refrigerator to brew for a couple of days, after which the taste becomes richly strawberry, and the alcohol is practically not felt.

This recipe is designed so that it can be consumed immediately after preparation, it does not require a long infusion and the strawberries can be taken frozen, so you can prepare this xu xu at any time of the year.

  • defrosted strawberries – 550 g;
  • sugar – 255 g;
  • vodka – 300 ml;
  • lemon – ½ pc.

Preparation

Place the berries in a blender bowl and puree them into a homogeneous puree, which we filter through a fine sieve. Because the mass is quite thick; this process is not quick, you can speed it up with a spoon, the main thing is that all excess remains in the sieve. Then we send the puree back into the washed blender and add sugar there, beat again at maximum speed. The proportions are:

  • 300 g of alcohol;
  • 650 g strawberries;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 50-100 ml lime juice.

The berries must be thoroughly washed and all stalks removed. Using a blender, you need to grind the strawberries, adding sugar and lime juice. The amount of juice varies as desired: the more it is, the more sour the Xuxu liqueur will be. Pour the alcoholic component (purified moonshine, cognac) into the resulting puree and beat again.

The mixture must be strained using a fine sieve or gauze, poured into glass bottles, closed tightly and put in a cool, dark place to allow the drink to infuse. It will infuse for 2 weeks. After this, the liquor can be consumed. It turns out aromatic and sweet.

When preparing Ksyu Ksyu at home, the recipe may vary slightly. Sliced ​​strawberries are poured with purified vodka and left for 2 weeks, shaking the contents daily. Then the mixture is filtered, the liquid is poured into a separate container, and the strawberries are again filled with vodka and infused for another 2 weeks.

Then they filter again and the separated liquid is mixed with the first. The berries are ground into puree and poured with an alcoholic mixture. They insist for another week. Strain from the berry seeds. The drink is ready.

How to drink liqueur correctly: cocktail recipes

Strawberry vodka can be drunk as a stand-alone drink, but it is more often customary to prepare it with Xuxu. The simplest version of this cocktail is a drink with the addition of champagne.

Add 2 tbsp to a glass of champagne. l. liqueur and a few crushed strawberries. If you want to acidify the cocktail a little, add 1 tbsp. l. lime juice.

Strawberry liqueur recipe

1. Sort the ripe strawberries, discarding rotten and moldy fruits, wash them well, and remove the stems. Cut the berries into two parts.

First defrost frozen strawberries, then cut them and add them to the infusion container along with the thawed liquid, otherwise the aroma will be weaker.

2. Place the berries in a jar or glass bottle, add vodka (other alcohol), and close the lid tightly. Alcohol should cover the layer of berries by at least 2-3 cm; if necessary, pour in more vodka than indicated in the recipe. During the infusion process, the alcohol level will decrease, this is normal.

3. Place the jar in a sunny place (on a windowsill) for 14-16 days. Shake once a day.

4. Strain some of the strawberry infusion through three layers of gauze. Squeeze the cake well.

5. Mix water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat, skimming off the white foam. Then cool the syrup to room temperature.
