Boil all vegetables in their skins, peel and grate on a fine grater. We take an oval dish for the “fur coat” and lay out the ingredients in layers, greasing each with mayonnaise. First potatoes, then squid, cut into strips, carrots, beets. Top the salad with chopped green onions and dried sesame seeds.
