Preparation

To prepare a salad with ham, beans and peppers, take a can of white beans, carefully open, drain all the liquid, and transfer the contents to a bowl. We wash the sweet bell pepper, process it, remove the seeds, and cut the pulp into strips. We also chop the cheese into strips, and chop the ham into cubes. Boil the eggs hard, peel and cut into small cubes. We wash the fresh greens, shake them off and chop them finely. Crush the garlic using a press. Ingredients:

  • sweet canned corn – 200 g;
  • ham – 200 g;

Ham and chop into thin strips. Wash fresh greens and dry thoroughly. Combine all salad components in one deep bowl, add pickled onions with dressing and mix. Serve the finished salad on the table immediately, or put it in the refrigerator for several hours so that all the components are thoroughly soaked in the dressing.

  • canned beans – 1 can;
  • pickled corn – 200 g;

I really love bean and ham salads and make them from a variety of combinations of additional products and with different dressings. Today's salad with beans, ham and cheese is very, very filling, of the “eat too much and not get up” kind. Because, in my opinion, beans that are not green, but white or red, are a product after which you don’t want to eat for a long time; and we also have ham on top of it, so what we end up with is not a salad, but meat with a side dish; and also a rich, delicious sauce made from sour cream, and with tomato paste and garlic... In short, I made a salad for lunch, but I’m still not interested in having something for dinner... What am I talking about? I'm talking about the fact that this salad, even though the salad is not at all dietary, unless you are on an anti-anorexic diet. He is a complete meal.

But it is done very, very quickly. In about five minutes.

First of all, mix the sauce from sour cream, tomato paste and garlic (you can use a press, you can use a fine grater).

Another minute - cut the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut it into cubes.

Another minute - cut the ham into cubes.

Another minute - drain the water from the beans, combine all the ingredients (except cheese), add salt, pepper, and stir.

Well, grate the cheese on a fine grater. So light and airy on top. You don't need a lot of cheese, you and the rest of us will happily overeat!
