    So, prepare your vegetables. You need to cut off all the peel from cucumbers. A thin layer can be separated with a special vegetable peeler. Then the fruits should be divided in half and separated from the seeds. If this is not done, then the coarse cucumber seeds will be distributed throughout the salad, which will ultimately ruin it.

    Next, grate the peeled cucumbers on a Korean carrot grater. Of course, you can cut them into slices and cubes, but long cucumber straws look much more appetizing. By the way, if the vegetables have not been separated from the seeds, then you only need to grate them to the middle; you can see how to do this in the photo below.

    Now bring the onions to the desired condition. After separating the husk, grind it into thin rings or half rings.
