In terms of time, baking one waffle takes about 3 minutes, but thickness, color and recipe play a role here. It took me about 2-3 table for one not thick, but not super thin waffle. spoons of dough.

Beat the eggs with sugar, pour the slightly cooled melted margarine into the beaten eggs, stirring vigorously. Add potato flour, grated lemon peel and stir.

3. TENDER WAFFLES
-Margarine - 125 g.
-Sugar - 30 g.
-Flour - 100 g.
-Egg - 4 pcs.
-Cream -4 tbsp. spoons
- Vanillin - to taste
Beat the margarine, add granulated sugar little by little. Beat the eggs until foam forms. Pour the flour into the whipped margarine in portions, alternating with portions of cream, gradually stirring. Pour beaten eggs into the well-mixed dough and mix well again.

4. FRESH WAFFLES
-Flour - 1 cup
-Egg - 1 pc.
-Water - 1 glass

Mix egg yolk, salt and soda well. Add half a glass of water, add all the flour and mix thoroughly, gradually adding the rest of the water. To get sweet waffles, add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

5. SHORT WAFFLES
-Flour - 2 cups
-Sugar - 1/2 cup
-Egg - 1 pc.
-Butter - 30 g.
-Water - 0.5 l.
-Salt, soda - on the tip of a teaspoon
- Vanillin - to taste
Grind butter at room temperature with sugar, add egg, salt, soda, vanillin and beat well. Add half a portion of water, add flour and mix thoroughly. Then gradually add the rest of the portion.

6. KEFIR WAFERS (not sweet)
-1 1/2 cups flour
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. soda
-1/2 tsp. salt
-2 cups kefir
-1/3 cup vegetable oil
-2 eggs

7. WAFERS WITH MILK
-0.5 l milk
-1/2 pack of margarine
-1 egg
-250 g sugar (I take less - about 200 g)
-vanillin
Melt the margarine.
Add egg, sugar, vanillin, mix with a mixer. Next, there is a trick: to make the dough without lumps, I first add flour and stir, and then add milk a little at a time.
If the dough becomes liquid, add more flour and dilute it with milk. And so on until approximately 0.5 liters of milk are used up.
The dough should turn out like thick sour cream (but not rustic sour cream, where a spoon rests).

8. WAFFLES WITH CONDENSED MILK
- margarine 200 g;
- condensed milk 1 can;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- starch 1 cup;
- flour 1 glass;
- soda (1/3 tsp), slaked with vinegar.
Knead the margarine, mix all the ingredients, the dough should not be liquid. Place a little dough on the base of the waffle iron, making sure that the waffles do not burn.
Before the first waffle, you need to grease the waffle iron (both surfaces), then no oil is needed. To ensure that the waffles are the same color, I follow the clock with the second hand. As soon as the waffle is ready, I roll it into a tube. I tried different recipes, but I didn’t like everything; if you don’t eat it at once, the waffles become soft, but these ones remain crispy for a long time.

9. WAFFLES WITH SOUR CREAM
-Eggs – 5 pcs.
-Sugar – 5 tbsp. l
- Butter – 1 tbsp. l
-Sour cream – 1/2 cup
-Flour – 1 cup
Separate the whites from the yolks and place in the refrigerator. Grind the yolks with sugar until white, add melted butter (not hot), sour cream; mix, add flour and stir well until smooth. Add the chilled egg whites, whipped into a thick foam, into this mixture and carefully mix from top to bottom.

10. CREAM WAFERS
- butter - 125 g
-sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- flour - 1/2 cup
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
-water - 1 glass
-vanilla sugar - to taste
Cooking method
Mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Beat the egg yolks with salt into a homogeneous mass and transfer to softened butter and sugar.
Beat the resulting mass with a mixer until foam forms.
Mix the sifted flour with baking soda and a small amount of water. Then transfer to the egg-butter mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Then pour in the remaining water, cream and stir until smooth.
Beat the chilled egg whites into a fluffy foam, carefully fold into the dough and mix gently with a wooden spatula.
Fry waffles in a preheated electric waffle iron for 2-5 minutes.

11. WAFFLES “MAMINA”
-2 cups (250 g) flour
-1 tsp. baking powder
-2 tbsp. l. Sahara
-1 tsp. salt
-2 glasses of milk
-2 eggs
-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
Cooking method
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add milk, eggs and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.
2. Lightly grease the waffle iron or spray with oil spray. Pour the desired amount of batter onto the hot waffle iron. Bake until the waffles are golden brown.

12. WAFFLES “ROYAL”
-200 g butter
-75 g sugar (1/3 cup)
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
-a pinch of salt
-6 eggs
-300 g flour (2 cups)
-2 tsp. baking powder
-200 ml cream
- a little sparkling water
- oil for lubricating the waffle iron
Cooking method
1. Beat softened butter, sugar, vanilla powder until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.
2. Mix flour and baking powder. Add to the egg-butter mixture alternately with cream, in small portions. At the end, add a little sparkling mineral water to make a dough with the consistency of thick sour cream, a little thicker than for pancakes.

13. WAFFLES WITH YOGURT
-3 eggs
-1.5 cups (375 g) vanilla or fruit yogurt
-1.25 cups (150 g) flour
-2 tsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. soda
-1/2 tsp. salt
-100 g butter, melted
Cooking method
1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then add the yogurt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and melted butter, mixing until smooth.
2. Pour a small amount of batter onto the hot waffle iron. The dough will spread a little under the lid. Bake until steam stops escaping, about 5 minutes.

14. TENDER WAFERS WITH CHEEK CHEEK
-3 eggs
-0.5 glasses of milk
-150 g cottage cheese
-3 tbsp. l. Sahara
-3 tbsp. l. butter
-1/4 tsp. salt
-1 cup flour
–1/2 tsp. baking powder
Cooking method
1. Separate the whites and yolks.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. Mix flour with salt and baking powder.
4. Beat the yolk with sugar, add melted butter, milk and cottage cheese.
5. Mix the yolk mixture with flour.
6. Gently add the egg whites, stirring from top to bottom so that the mixture does not fall off.

15. WAFFLES FOR BREAKFAST
-2 1/2 cups flour
-200 g butter
-3 eggs
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-a pinch of salt
Cooking method
1. Mix flour with salt. Lightly beat the eggs with sugar. Add vanilla extract to the eggs.
2. Melt the butter. Add eggs and sugar to the butter and mix well with a spoon.
3. Add flour little by little. Mix well until smooth.
4. Bake in an electric waffle iron or in a waffle iron on the stove.

16. BELGIAN WAFFLES
-Soft margarine (butter) - 125 g
-Granulated sugar - 75 g
-Vanilla sugar - 1 packet.
-Chicken egg - 3 pcs
-Wheat flour - 250 g
-Salt (pinch)
-Milk - 250 ml
-Mineral water - 125 ml
- Baking powder for dough - 1/4 tsp.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites well.
Beat butter, sugar, vanillin, yolks and salt until sugar dissolves.
Mix flour and baking powder for dough. Pour milk into flour and add butter and sugar mixture.
After this, add mineral water and whipped whites.
Mix everything well
When serving, you can sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.

17. LIEGE WAFFLES
-Flour - 400 g
-Egg - 2 pcs
-Milk - 140 ml
-Sugar (large) - 180 g
-Butter - 200 g
-Yeast (dry) - 1.5 tsp.
-Vanilla sugar - 1 packet.
-Salt - 0.2 tsp.
Heat half the milk /in the microwave or on the stove/. Add the yeast, cover and leave to rise for 10 minutes.
Break 2 eggs into the remaining milk, add salt, beat everything well with a whisk.
In a deep bowl, mash the flour together with the butter. Add sugar, milk with yeast and milk with eggs, mix well with a wooden spoon or mixer at low speed until a sticky dough forms. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
On a well-floured work surface, divide the dough into 12 pieces.
Roll each part into a ball and roll in large pieces of sugar.

18. VIENNAIAN WAFFLES.
-Sugar (more if you want it sweeter) - 100 g
-Flour - 350 g
-Milk - 1 tbsp.
-Butter - 200 g
-Egg - 3 pcs
-Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
-Baking powder - 2 tsp.
Grind the butter with sugar, add milk and eggs, then add flour, baking powder and lemon juice, mix everything.
The dough is ready!
Carefully spoon the batter onto the waffle iron and bake for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

19. COOK WAFFLES “GOLDEN”
-Cottage cheese (low-fat) - 125 g
-Butter (melted) - 60 g
-Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
-Lemon zest (grated, 1 lemon)
-Flour - 150 g
-Milk - 1/8 l
-Egg - 3 pcs
Mix cottage cheese with melted butter, add sugar and lemon zest. Gradually add flour and milk. Separate the whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the dough.
Beat the whites into a very strong foam and carefully fold into the dough. Bake waffles until golden brown.

20. CORN WAFFLES
-Corn flour - 150 g
-Chicken egg - 2 pcs
-Butter - 50 g
-Milk - 200 ml
-Liquid honey - 4 tbsp. l.
-Chopped almonds (a little)
-Baking powder - 1 tsp.
-Rum (can be without it) - 1 tsp.
From corn flour, eggs, butter (melt), milk, baking powder, honey and rum (if adding), knead the dough and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Add almonds and mix.
Heat up the waffle iron (grease it if necessary) and pour in the dough.
Bake until golden yellow.

21. STARCH WAFFLES
-Butter (melt) - 100 g
-Granulated sugar - 150 g
-Chicken egg - 3 pcs
-Wheat flour - 100 g
-Starch - 100 g
- Baking powder for dough - 1 tsp.
Mix melted butter with sugar
Add eggs, beat with a mixer
Add flour, starch and baking powder. The dough turns out thick. Let it sit for 30 minutes
Place 1 tbsp on a greased waffle iron. l. test
Bake waffles until golden brown.
Yield: approximately 12 waffles.

22. COCONUT WAFFLES
-Butter (margarine) - 150 g
-Flour - 300 g
-Coconut flakes - 100 g
-Sugar - 100 g
- Vanillin - 1 package.
-Egg - 3 pcs
-Baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
-Salt (pinch)
Melt the butter, add sugar and vanillin, mix with a mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Mix everything.
Add salt and coconut flakes to our mixture. Mix.
Now add the flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly.
We heat up our electric waffle iron and lay out the dough.

23. WAFFLES “Gourmand”
-Egg - 4 pcs
-Sour cream - 5 tbsp. l.
-Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
-Starch - 2 tbsp. l.
-Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
-Salt (pinch)
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add sour cream and mix with a whisk.
Add flour and starch, alternately, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Heat the waffle iron (you can also bake it in the oven on parchment, placing 1 tbsp at a distance).
Pour 1 tbsp. l. into the mold and immediately press with a lid.

24. CRISPY WAFFLES.
-Chicken egg - 4 pcs
-Margarine - 200 g
-Sugar - 1 tbsp.
-Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
-Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
-Vanillin
Melt the margarine, cool slightly, add sugar, powdered sugar, eggs, vanillin, flour. The dough should be like sour cream. Place a tablespoon into the waffle iron and bake until desired color. Roll immediately when hot, otherwise they will break.

25. RHINE WAFERS.
-Butter - 125 g
-Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
-Flour - 1.5 tbsp.
-Egg - 2 pcs
-Cloves (ground) - 2 g
-Cinnamon (ground) - 2 g
-Lemon zest (grated, 1 lemon)
First, beat the butter (room temperature), add sugar, yolks, ground cloves, cinnamon and lemon zest little by little. Pour the sifted flour into the whipped butter in portions and stir constantly. Pour separately beaten egg whites into the well-mixed dough and mix well again. Bake until done.

26. LENTEN WAFFLES
-Granulated sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
-Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.
-Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
-Water - 2/3 tbsp.
-Baking soda (on the tip of a knife)
Mix flour with sugar and soda, pour in water and sunflower oil - you will get a dough like pancakes.
Bake like regular waffles.
The number of components is given for 1 serving (about 10 thin wafers).
The waffles turn out sweet and tasty.

27. WAFFLES FROM Puff pastry.
Puff pastry - 1 pack.
Flour (A little)
Thaw the dough sheets and cut them into strips, roll them lightly in flour (so as not to stick to the rolling pin), and roll them out a little.
Place one strip in the waffle iron, press the lid on and leave for 2 minutes. fry.
Place on a plate or board (prepare the remaining layers in the same way).

28. CHOCOLATE WAFFLES.
1 tbsp. l. beat milk with 2 yolks,
2 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. cocoa, 2 tbsp. l. sl. butter, vanilla
and 1.5 tbsp. flour. Enter 2 beats. yolk, mix. Bake waffles.

29. WAFFLES WITH MAYONNAISE.
250 gr. mayonnaise, 3 eggs, 200 gr. margarine,
1 cup starch, 1.5 cups sugar,
1 tsp. soda quenched with vinegar, 3 cups flour.
Mix everything and bake the waffles until golden brown.

30. WAFFLES WITH CINNAMON.
200g sl. beat butter with salt,
1/4 tbsp. sugar, cinnamon, add 1 tbsp. flour, mix.
Enter 3 beats. squirrel, place in waffle iron, bake until golden brown.
