  • wheat flour – 0.5 kg;
  • milk – 0.25 l;
  • water – 0.25 l;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • sugar – 25 g;
  • salt – 10 g;
  • dry yeast - 4 g (or 12 g regular).

Cooking method:

  • Boil water and cool to about 25–30 degrees. Heat the milk to approximately the same temperature and mix with water.

  • After 5 minutes, add this mixture to 0.25 kg of wheat flour and, after mixing well, place in a warm place.
  • After half an hour, add the rest of the flour, melted butter, salt and sugar to the dough. Wait one and a half to two hours for the dough to rise. During this time, knead it every 30 minutes.
