Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 250 ml.
  • Wheat flour - 3.5 cups.
  • Egg -- 2 pcs.

  • Salt - ¼ tsp.

How to cook:

Combine kefir, eggs, sugar, soda and butter in a bowl.

  • Wheat flour - 3 cups.
  • Vanilla sugar - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Mix the egg with granulated sugar and vanilla, then add salt.
  2. Mix fermented milk products and butter into the resulting mixture. At the end add soda.
  3. Mix the almost finished dough into a homogeneous mass. Pour the sifted flour into the resulting egg mixture, stirring slowly.
  4. Be sure to cover the dough and leave it to rise in a warm, dark place.
  5. After 20 minutes, divide into two equal parts and roll out into rectangles. Cut the resulting sheets into smaller rectangles. Cut each piece in the middle and turn one half through the hole in the opposite direction.
  6. In a hot frying pan, fry the resulting twigs on both sides. Before serving, it is best to sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar.

  • Wheat flour - 800 grams.
  • Kefir - 1 liter.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Soda -- 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Pour kefir into a large bowl, add sugar, salt and soda. Knead the resulting mass thoroughly, and gradually add the previously sifted flour.
  2. If the dough sticks a little to your hands, sprinkle it lightly with flour, but don’t overdo it, otherwise it will turn out like rubber.
  3. Divide the dough into approximately equal balls and roll out, but not too much. The thickness should be approximately three to four millimeters.
  4. Place the resulting crumpets on a heated frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 1 liter.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

  5. Transfer the dough into any wide bowl, cover with a napkin and place in a warm place.
  6. After an hour and a half, when the mass has approximately tripled in volume, put it back on the table and cut into portions.

Now let’s form buns with sugar. For this:

  4. Knead a soft dough that should slightly stick to your hands.
  5. Place the sausage batter back into the pan, cover with a towel and undisturb for 2 hours. You only need to knead the dough a couple of times to release the carbon dioxide bubbles that are released when the yeast ferments.

Now form the baked goods:

  1. Grease your hands and table surface with vegetable oil.
  2. Divide the dough into balls the size of a chicken egg.
  3. Mash each piece into a flat cake and wrap it around the sausage, pinching the edges tightly.
  4. You should end up with 15 oblong pies (see photo), which you can immediately fry in hot (but not hot!) oil until golden brown.
  5. Once the delicious pastry is ready on both sides, place it on a plate lined with a paper napkin.

The remaining fat will be absorbed into the paper and the sausages will not be as high in calories.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 500 g;
  • Egg - 2 pcs.;
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • Sugar - 3 teaspoons;
  • Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons;
  • Water - 50 ml;
  • Kefir - 200 ml;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Egg for brushing pies.

For the filling you will need:

  • Hard-boiled eggs - about 4 pcs;
  • Green onions.

First, pour warm water into a deep bowl, add yeast and sugar - 1 teaspoon. Mix everything and leave on the counter for 10 minutes to activate the yeast. Don't forget to cover with a towel.

A cap should appear; if it doesn’t, then replace the yeast with another one and repeat the process.

Be sure to use warm water, not hot, so as not to kill the yeast. In cold conditions, the yeast also does not activate as it should.

Mix our dough, add 2 teaspoons of sugar, salt and kefir. Mix everything a little.

Add 2 yolks and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. You can add whole eggs to the dough, it won’t be a mistake.

And add the sifted flour in portions, kneading constantly. The dough should be soft and elastic. First in a bowl, then on the table.

We spend at least 10 minutes kneading. Then grease the dough and bowl with a little vegetable oil and cover with film, put it in a warm place.

The rising time of the dough depends on the quality of the yeast and the temperature of the place where it is standing, so we recommend placing it in a warmer room.

The dough should approximately double in size. It took us a little over 1 hour.

Then knead the dough thoroughly and cover it, putting it back in a warm place. Let's wait until the dough rises again. Now this process will be faster. We have approximately 35-40 minutes.

After this it is ready for use.

You can make almost anything from this dough; pies are good, especially fried in a frying pan. When baking a pie in the oven, for example, the dough turns out soft and airy. Try different options.

Now let's get to the filling. Our most popular option is pies with onions and eggs, especially good in the summer, when chickens lay eggs well and fresh green onions grow in the beds.

Everything is very simple, finely chop the onion and eggs into cubes, as convenient for you, put them in a bowl, add about a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Now mix everything until smooth. Now the filling is ready.

Let's form our pies. The dough has risen, so we transfer it to the table, grease the latter with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick to the table.

Divide the dough into portions, at your discretion, and roll into balls for convenience. Knead these balls into a flat cake with your hands. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling on it.

Pinch the edges well and place the seam down to the side. Continue this way with all the balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Then cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

One of the most favorite dishes is apple pie or charlotte. It's quick to prepare, but it turns out very tasty. This is one of the most favorite tastes of childhood. This is exactly the case if you have kefir and tasty apples that last a long time. Having prepared them for tea, they will quickly go away, especially if there are children.

We will need:

  • Apples - 5-6 pcs.;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Sugar - 1 cup for the dough and for apples, about 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt - a whisper;
  • Soda - a pinch;
  • Flour - 1.5 cups;
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • Kefir - 1 glass.

  • Flour - 150 - 250 g;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Oil for greasing the mold.

Mix kefir, bran and 2 tablespoons flour in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.

Then cover with film and put it in a warm place for a day.

After a day, the starter starts to bubble, stir it. Now you need to feed it - add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix until smooth.

After two days the starter is ready, now you can bake bread. But first we make the dough. To do this, add flour to our soft dough, mix everything and cover. Place in a warm place for at least 12 hours.

  • Kefir – 200 ml;
  • Sugar – 180 g;
  • Flour – 300 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml;
  • Soda – 1/2 teaspoon;

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g;

We will need:

  • Sugar - 160 g;
  • Vegetable oil - 7 tablespoons;
  • Kefir - 250 ml;
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • Flour - 250 g;
  • Dried fruits (any kind, we have raisins and cranberries) - 150 g;
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling.

  • salt – 3 g;
  • soda – 1/3 tsp.

  • raisin;
